My Wife and I spent three nights in Salzburg just a few weeks ago. What a beautiful and charming city. The people are so nice and willing to share their history. So much to take in and enjoy. We'll be returning for sure.

Just came back from Salzburg Festival last weekend. This was my fourth visit to Salzburg. After watching this video, I realized that I still didn't get to experience all the places. Having lived in Europe for 5 years and visited closed to 50 countries, Salzburg is one of my favorite. I wanted to go back again!

I was in Munich 2 years ago with an extra week, decided to catch the train to Salzburg for a day trip. Absolutely gorgeous city, walk by the river, climb the hill to see views of the whole city and see the gardens in the old palace and walk through the narrow alleys to Mozart's birthplace. It has a certain charm unmatched anywhere else in the world. My next plan is to visit in winter when it is snowing

I’m currently trying to think of somewhere to visit for my 30th birthday. I have a few cities in mind but after having watched this, Salzburg sits firmly at the top of my list of considerations. the only thing they forgot to mention is the Berchtesgaden area with Königssee and Watzmann. If you have the time, take a day to go there with a day ticket - you can ask the information from any local basically. Its worth it, I know, Im a local ) Have a good trip

We were just here in Dec/Jan for the Christmas Markets as month 3 of our year in Europe. It was such a quaint and beautiful city, and in Winter there were far fewer other tourists. Very fun place to visit. Thanks for sharing. 😮😮😮😮😮 -Henry
