How to fix Necalli:
Step 1: Retcon *ALL* if not *MOST* of SFV's story

Capcom drop the ball on this Character he could of been what Broly is in DBZ or Marvel Juggernaut is too the X-Men a total Wrecking Ball story wise but they made him a scrub
Oh my god you're so right. It's so sad too because he's such a cool character in terms of design and playstyle, but like you said capcom dropped the ball with him in the story.
It's because Capcom never did an MK style story mode before and since MK's story modes have been doodoo since MKvs.DC they didn't have much to work with.
They also had too much of an "Akuma-boner" to treat him well.

Would had him absorbing the fighting spirit of obscure character from the SF universe Rufus, Geki, Joe . that leaves em in a fight for life coma Chun Li and Guile take notice to a pattern. His main Target is Ryu . I would of gave him a epic savage moment made him solo a huge arm of shadaloo army grunts.
I’m so mad that Capcom did Necalli so dirty in the story. He had so much potential with this badass theme and a unique moveset and now I’m not sure if we’ll ever see him again

@@NinjaWorldWarrior16 Considering how much of a failure Necalli has become (compared to Seth) as well as SF6 being way past SFV time-wise and already having more big bad villains that needs to be in the character slot instead of Necalli (Gill, Urien, Q or G); it's not very likely Necalli would ever return.

It is a good theme, but a pretty damn lame character lore wise.
Seriously, he gets like what, 2-3 scenes in the main story then stops existing because Ryu unlocked his Deus Ex Machina form?
Why does Necalli look like one of the pillar men from JoJo though?

Oh my God, I SO fucking agree with you-
This theme is amazing but Jesus this character was a huuge let down.
As much as I enjoyed this character, I can see why he'll quite probably be discarded after SFV. They can't possibly keep every single new character around. The storyline roster has been locked in. They need a new bad guy every chapter to keep things fresh, but unless Bison (or Vega, depending on where you come from) kicks the bucket, there's no need for another super baddie in the lasting roster.
Anyone else get Trojan-Man vibes from the lead chorus~?
