I haven't been able to sleep in for over a month now, got a new litter of foster kittens in right as lockdown started and they first needed care every three hours. They're now down to every eight hours so still waking up early. It definitely has helped a lot though. Even though my daily rhythm got interrupted it's been replaced with a new rhythm centered around raising kittens
