Installing UA-cam is only half the battle now.
UA-cam/Google has decided to stop supporting this version, leading to the "Error Loading..tap to retry" thing, but it still works if you spoof your version (basically, make your app lie to the servers about what version it is).
Simply use Cydia to download Filza File Manager. Close UA-cam, open Filza, navigate to /var/containers/Bundle/Applications, click on UA-cam, then UA-cam.app. Find info.plist (it's towards the middle, in a different alphabetically sorted group than the bottom one), expand Root by clicking the triangle, then look on the right side for BOTH instances of 13.42.6, click the i in a circle on each, then tap the 13.42.6 at the bottom and type in 14.25.3 instead (this seems to be the latest version for which the communication protocols match). After you've replaced both, hit Save in the upper-right (go back once if you don't see it) and UA-cam should now work again!
If it still crashes, try 14.17.10 instead of 14.25.3.

everything worked for me but after playing around on youtube a bit, it eventually asks me to update or quit the app. Yes I clicked on blocked all updates but this problem continues to happen. any fix? am I doing something wrong?

Yes it's still possible even if you have to reformat your iPad and don't see any apps in purchased tab.

it allowed installing UA-cam app in this iPad mini 1 with iOS , but no UA-cam videos loading in app , showing this error "Error while loading Tap to retry". Installed UA-cam app version is 13.42.6 (while the latest app 17.01.4 ). After that it is showing "update required " and when I click update, its just taking to App Store and only option in App Store is " Open". how to solve this issue?

THANK YOU for the kindness! I'd recommend for a navigation app on an older iPad Google Maps, because it will most likely have APIs that are still working today, hopefully this helps!

ok so I did everting you said and reinstall checkmate store and I still get the notifcation ( this app requires IOS 12.0 or later
