Love how you’re not just a Chevy guy you just appreciate a good made truck. I have a Silverado now but I miss my tundra dearly! Looking foward to future videos!!
I had a 2001 tundra that went cats, 1ft of pipe cheery bomb, 18in long 5 in wide tip that facing down Infront of rear axel.... Sounded awesome.. cheery bomb and longer tip makes it deep and gets rid of the pop... and that's pretty much every truck exhaust in tx lol
After waisting $ on a flowmaster 40 series, then more on a super 10 on my 2016 tundra I finally landed on all stock converters everything but no muffler and a $22 x pipe, sounds great!
I had a 2000 Tacoma and it was a V6. It wasn't true duals bit the cats were deleted and it was 2 1/4 inch pipe and it had 6 inch angle cut tips and oh my god it was the loudest truck around. I ended up buying a quiet muffler for it before I sold it😂
I got straights on my dodge ram 4.7 and it's only choppy when I first start off or if I get up to like 60 and give it a little gas. Took the cat off and put a y pipe faced backwards. Fixing to put true dual straights on it in probably a week.
I’ve got a 2013 Tundra with this same setup and mine is the same way. At 2K RPM it gets choppy and anything below that it’s fairly quite. If u get on it under a bridge or tunnel itll hurt ur ears😂 I’ve had people flick me off when behind me under a bridge. Trucks sounds amazing tho👍🏼
@@kylechellino2579 it’s a tuner you plug into your obd port. It gives you 25% more throttle response and 40 more horsepower it said anyways. And it helps with fuel economy
It sounds much better in the inside of the cab then the out I think it would sound a lot better with a set of resonators or some mufflers tbh it’s clappin tooo much not in a good way
Just because it's loud doesn't mean it sounds good, put a Magnaflow muffler on your truck and it will sound better. I have a 2002 Tundra with a Magnaflow muffler and it sounds awesome !!
x or h would soothe it. cops generally don't care if you not being a butthole with it. smaller the pipe the louder the sound. 3in probably best. anything less is more sound.
I daily my truck and I have the exact same exhaust just with 2 6 inch tips and to whitely get your a steep hill I have to go 10 mph so it takes a good bit but it doesn’t get to 2,000 rpm’s which is when it really starts to scream
@ShadowBoss205 id like to see him do his trucks up nicer than just visually, his exhausts are always douchier than the highschool kids who hacksaw their mufflers off, give larry some cams and borlas or some and that would be worthwhile to watch
I had the same truck. Check my page out for my setup, I had a y pipe and it was RIDICULOUS. Then I got rid of the Y-pipe and put True dual 18 inch glass packs on. Loved that sound.
Love how you’re not just a Chevy guy you just appreciate a good made truck. I have a Silverado now but I miss my tundra dearly! Looking foward to future videos!!
Just single straight piped my 4.7 4Runner and it’s literally perfect for what I wanted glad I never went true duals it’s rank enough 😂
I appreciate you for helping the Turtle and doing it the correct way. You’re a real one. 💯
We need a Lorin driving reaction video of this truck like the old Larry one.
Loud pipes saves lives. Love the truck and your videos

love ur channel man jus got a 17 f150 5.0 n plan on doin true duals cuz of ur videos keep ‘‘em comin!
Gotta see Lauren drive this to work and around town. That video is worth 100,000 likes by itself. It's super loud. Love the content.
If it mine wasn’t my daily I would definitely do it
Mine was my daily I did it
Just do it
To loud for me, but it's your"s so enjoy...
it’s way to raspy no tone
Take the cats out and then do the review of the loudest truck 😂😂
O god that would be fucking sick!
Now you gotta get a decal on the back that says clap wagon
Love the chop bro it’s so bad ass
Can you do a DIY tint video on Terry’s taillights? Think that would look good
Yea i have an 05 same color and tinted my taillights it totally freshens it up. Just the 20 dollar autozone spray tint
If its a bit too loud for you, throw a super 10 on each side and itll take the chop out
U needa toot that truck up a lot like 4 inch in the front
You’ve got the right idea
You should do a fender flair delete on the tundra
We need a Lauren driving reaction video! That would be epic!

Get this man to 100k!!
Sounds good!!!
This makes me want a tundra
It has the clap!

You should put a x-pipe on it with a flowmaster super 44. That would sound awesome.
Yeah I bet that would have a mean raspy sound to it.
It doesn't. I had that setup. These trucks really only get loud loud if they're true dualed. When I did that setup, it was nothing but drone
Love your channel and videos
Have you notice any problems or changes to the truck since you did Trual dual straight pipes
That thing is no doubt louder than Larry by a long shot...to my ear atleast
How would this compare to a true dual without mufflers but full length exhaust tips exiting out of each side of the bumper?
Do a exhaust video Larry vs Terry
The louder the truck, lower the IQ 😂
Wonder what it would sounds like with a X pipe?
really good. but not as loud. alot of people if they do true dual go x or h pipe
I’d love this set up, only draw back is when you’re cruising at 65 on the free way that’s right at the clapping rpm only reason I won’t
Alright gotta let Lauren drive this one to work
Love my first Gen, 2002 with 213k miles and it just got the frame replaced by Toyota and I bought it for only $3,500
How did you get them to replace it? Was it under recall?
If it was your daily put magnaflow mufflers on it
no.
Borla exhaust
@@MrPAULONEAL Atak.
@@MrPAULONEAL with a turndown tho
My shit chops hard af at 1400 rpm lmao
Wonder how much an x pipe would change the sound
Trucks and turtles love it
Recommended, get a streetwolf tuner for the tundra. I got one on my 06 double cab and it’s amazing at how much difference it makes
What is that?
@@kylechellino2579 it’s a tuner you plug into your obd port. It gives you 25% more throttle response and 40 more horsepower it said anyways. And it helps with fuel economy
thats the fucking coolest shit ever! do you think it is possible to have this set up AND an exhaust cut-out toggle switch?
I wanna see how It sounds floored
Sounds good but I wouldn’t want that on my 01. I take it to the hunting woods and don’t want to scare all the deer at 530am lol
Do you recommend this truck I just purchased one for 600
It sounds much better in the inside of the cab then the out I think it would sound a lot better with a set of resonators or some mufflers tbh it’s clappin tooo much not in a good way
Sounds good just a little on the loud side.
Would like to get my 08 Silverado true dual with 12 inch glasspacks at some point. Single straight pipe isn't cutting it for me haha.
What mufflers would you put on it to make it a daily? I had a second gen tundra and im looking to get a 1st gen and I want loud but not like that
Not sure, honestly never put a muffler on a truck 😂
Try out some dynomax bullets, those are good, Also you can try cherry bomb glass packs
Sounds like my mother in-law! 😳
Id recommend a pair of Flowmaster super hp2 or Carven R series mufflers.
Sounds way better, great job
How much is it to install and buy??
I want my 2006 5.3L to sound just like this how can I achieve this?
What dual catback is it?
Good googily moogily, it sounds so aggressive and mean. You can literally hear the truck before you see it.
Is nobody gonna mention those welds
Sounds like a damn stock car.. Atta boah
Just because it's loud doesn't mean it sounds good, put a Magnaflow muffler on your truck and it will sound better. I have a 2002 Tundra with a Magnaflow muffler and it sounds awesome !!
Magnaflows should be called Stockflows. Them things quit asl. It needs a flowmaster flow fx
Straights are the best sound, if you disagree you’re either 85 years old or boring asf
like how yall tell people how to spend money. and what to do with other ppls stuff. shut up bro. Magna flow ducks balls like you
Loud and proud
@@devinhubbard1428 Amen.
holy.... damn that thing is obnoxious! I could never do that, but love watching you do it ;-) would an X-pipe smooth out the pulses?
also, don't the cops around you care about noise levels?
x or h would soothe it. cops generally don't care if you not being a butthole with it. smaller the pipe the louder the sound. 3in probably best. anything less is more sound.
Which house is yours, I can’t tell if you live on the farm or not
Are you a stalker?
Nice truck
Sounds awesome
This truck sounds like my ass after taco bell
It’s that street legal ? Is loud enough for me I would love to have that loudness in my truck not sure if I’ll be harassed by cops
I daily my truck and I have the exact same exhaust just with 2 6 inch tips and to whitely get your a steep hill I have to go 10 mph so it takes a good bit but it doesn’t get to 2,000 rpm’s which is when it really starts to scream
Sounds so good
Love it.
I have a 2000 with flowtech headers king coilovers afe intake straight pipe after the cat and 14wides
Throw some high flows on there and see how loud it gets😂
You’re a solid guy. But the content is ALL the same just a different truck…
True that, I wish he would try to do something else with his trucks instead of just chopping the mufflers off...
There are other channels to suit your needs.
@ShadowBoss205 id like to see him do his trucks up nicer than just visually, his exhausts are always douchier than the highschool kids who hacksaw their mufflers off, give larry some cams and borlas or some and that would be worthwhile to watch
I think it sounds great 👍 buddy love it
When you gonna tint it
Soooonnnnn
Sounds good
Put high flow cats
take the cats out😈😈
miss klappy😄😃🤣
I have a sequoia with no cats and just a single pipe I don’t think it’s as loud honestly.
Try out an h pipe. Just to see what that does. Everyone does an x pipe i never see h pipes
I know you like your trucks loud but do ever get pulled over for disturbing the peace?
Nah I’m very respectful when driving, tons of loud trucks running around my area too lol
Take the cats out🙏
NNOOOOOOOO that’s just retarded
6:05 to the left of the screen you can see a perfectly runnin ford and to the left of it is a broken Chevy in its natural habitat
Well I mean if you straight pipe Larry she would be screaming probably be just a loud as my old 302 bronco that had down pipes right under the door
Got damn!!
Yo u wanna sell or trade the Toyota
Love it I’ll buy it off you for $5000
You should let your girl ride this one !
👌
I had the same truck. Check my page out for my setup, I had a y pipe and it was RIDICULOUS. Then I got rid of the Y-pipe and put True dual 18 inch glass packs on. Loved that sound.
Take the cats off then it will be actually loud
I'm do it even if it my daily
TERRY!!!
Hellyeah
That truck is annoying af. Especially when it's so slow. 😂
Second comment sounds really good
Cut the cats off
First comment sounds insane
Again with the raspyness. Not a fan. A kit sounds much better.
