  • Discover a new way to navigate stairs using a walker in our latest video. This method is designed as an alternative for those who may find the traditional method challenging.
In this video, we demonstrate a unique technique that emphasizes safety and ease. We break down each step, from positioning the walker to maintaining balance, to ensure you can follow along at home.
Climbing Up: We start with how to ascend the stairs. You’ll learn how to position your walker, use your stronger leg to initiate the movement, and bring your weaker leg up in a way that minimizes strain.
Climbing Down: Next, we tackle descending the stairs. We’ll show you how to safely shift your weight, lead with your weaker leg, and follow with your stronger leg, all while keeping your walker stable.
Remember, everyone’s abilities and recovery process are different. Always consult with a healthcare professional before trying a new mobility method.
Join us in exploring this alternative way of stair navigation. Don’t forget to like, share, and subscribe for more physical therapy and mobility exercise tips.

    Wowee
Had to watch this one twice.
I could see some doing this but many of my clients are over 80 and I'm not sure if I would feel comfortable seeing my 103 year old client using the walker this way:)
    Love this for some
