I never owned a motorcycle and I’m not mechanically inclined. But I’m leaning more and more to getting a Navi. Thank you for showing basic maintenance to the uninitiated!
Thanks and I just bought a Navi only have 200 miles so far and was just wondering what it’s gonna be like for my 1st service. Thanks great video and it was really helpful. Navi is super fun!
Great information...that accent...European made in America if I'm not mistaking ;-) Stylish! Keep up the good work. Will try same on my 2 Navis. Happy trails. JP
First off, thank you. This is the best and most comprehensive video I've found so far on doing this on my own (I'm not remotely mechanically incline but I'm poor so gotta learn). I see the spark plug is MR7C-9N (NGK) in the owner's manual but can't find this one. What spark plug do you use?
Cool vid, love how simple the Navi is. You should look into getting a JIS screwdriver, does a better job than a Phillips. Love mine, works well on every Japanese motorcycles/scooters.
Also as a safety factor using ANY chemical wear some latex or protective glove . That stuff WILL get into your blood stream and it can/ will do organ damage . Just a tip.
There’s a Manuel choke lever on the left handlebar for cold startups . It’s used because it’s a carbureted bike and not fuel injected. What it does is restricts some airflow into the intake so the mixture is rich in fuel for startup but if you forget to turn it off or leave on too long when warming the bike up the rich fuel with cause build up on the plug and could potentially foul the spark plug .
So , the orange color , is that something you did ,? Or factory 🤔.? I just ordered mine , due in late August, no color choice , you get what we get in ( it's red, and I was hoping for the brown) oh well. I am excited !!

How hard is it getting a motorcycle license compared to a regular license?
It depends on your state. For me and my husband it was just a written test.
@@kaylee_hobbz thank you! Really debating on getting one with the prices of gas!
@@jacobgrider3466 Do it! It's been the best decision I've made in a while. 😂
I have had mine for 1 month and have 1700 miles 😂
Is the first service done at 300 miles or 600 miles

That ngk spark plug should outlast the bike.

Thanks! I've had the Navi for about 4 months and it's been the best first motorcycle I could ask for. I really can't recommend them enough.
