Barry Gibb hands down one of this centuries greatest songwriters…don’t believe me?? Look at his catalog. It’s unreal!
Yup😁
Have to say.. I love the Bee Gee's but it was last century. lol
This song is even better when you watch Tony and Stephanie's last dance in the dance competition in "Saturday Night Fever". Still sounds sublime 40 years later.
Spot on
1st thing I thought!!
You are so beautiful Ashley thank you for bringing back these memories
Yes girl that is exactly what I was doing when this came out SKATING. The Bee Gee's have the best dancing and skating music.
There is just something in their voices that makes you feel so good. Bee Gees are just phenomenal. If you want another song that will move you like Too Much Heaven try LOVE YOU INSIDE OUT. ❤❤❤
I met my husband in a disco. After dancing for months to this, we got married in 1980. We played it at our reception as our 1st
dance as a married couple.
We nailed It! 😄🤣💘
Spot on!❤
Ouiiiiiiii❤ "...no mater how you hurt me, l'll love you 'ntill i die....💯🥰
You gonna run out of room on your play list if you keep listening to the Bee Gees. You are just scratching the surface. 🙂
I love this song and how you react to our old school music.
🔥🔥🔥🔥 All of the Bee Gees songs rock, another good one is (Tragedy)
Soul pouring out and out and out and out and and out out !
Fanny(be tender with my love) is a vocal masterpiece by The Bee Gees, all of them transition from their regular voices to falsettos throughout the song, it's amazing!
Hi Ms. Ashley, The Bee Gees have lots of hit songs that come from the Movie 'Saturday Night Fever' plus other hit songs., ♠W.G.
This has that 70's disco vibe in the instrumentation. The strings in particular are very indicative of the mid section of the disco era.
Tons of great songs by the BeeGees -Love so right will set you on your ---
This soundtrack song from SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER is so nostalgic.
The began in the very early 60’s in Australia & used to appear on TV with Olivia Newton John!
Talk about a hot soundtrack album with a ton of hits on it. You would have enjoyed the music of the 70’s Ashley!❤
The Bee Gees got heavy into disco music but had other hits too.
Stayin’ Alive! 🔥
andy gibb shadow dancing
Excellent reaction!!! The Brothers Gibb are baaaad!!!
I remember dancin on Skates to this song and many others back in the day!
Saturday Night Fever! Big production with a great soundtrack. I would love your reaction to this by Travares
Watching the movie brings this song to life. Tony and Stephanie dancing to this took what was already a great movie and made it legendary🕺🏾💃🏾
Funny how a song can take you back to a time and place 🔥
You can't forget to react to their most famous Disco songs, "Stayin' Alive" and "Night Fever"
Keep checking them out! "You Should be Dancing" "Jive Talkin"
Good for you branching out and exploring all possibilities. Hope it's contagious.
You need to go down the Journey rabbit hole! Listen to them live in 1981 Houston concert. Steve Perry the lead singer is known as the vouce for a reason. Try Open Arms, mother father, when you live a woman
I remember being at the roller rink skating to this song when it came out great times 👍
checkin in ....ya this bled over into the 80s when i was as a teen skating {still am} but they never play stuff like this hardly anymore only on rare occasions but i still love to skate
The song was on Saturday Night Fever movie
This was definitely in the movie "Staying Alive". You're like me I see. When I find someone like, I just binge watch them. Another song for couple's skating.
WOW I am zoomed back in time to school dances.... mmmmmmmmm Happiness
The Bee Gees had a (number one hit) every decade for four decades!
Great reaction Ashley! I'd recommend The Bee Gees - To Love Somebody and Fanny (Be Tender With My Love) as your next ones!
do their song Stayin Alive
Nobody can switch there Voices like the Bee Gees. I grow up with the best Group ever. I love it. Barry's falsetto is not from this Planet. Please react paying the price of love. 🕺🥰👍
“You should be dancing “ is another great especially when you need to clean your house lol lol 😂
Them boys funky 🔥🔥🔥 and got hiiiitttssss
The Bee Gees stand for the brothers Gib
Bill Gates, Bill Good, Barry Gibb, Barbara Gibb, brothers Gibb = Bs Gs = Bee Gees!
I like your toasting cup saying. It is truth
More BEE GEES!
Ashley you should watch the live one night only full concert by the Bee Gees.their library is amazing
They had a. Younger brother named Andy Gibb who had a great voice who was planning to join them as a 4th Bee Gee just before his death. Listen to some of his songs.
It’s been said that they wrote the whole Saturday Night Fever album over a weekend.
“How deep is your love” is another smooth R&b classic.
Also if you would like to see a movie that features this song there's at least one movie I know of and it's called Short circuit. It was made sometime in the eighties I think as I remember seeing my children watch it
Beautiful ❤❤❤
It did get played at many a roller-rink. This song was in the best scene in the movie "Saturday Night Fever"...just my opinion.
Search for You Should Be Dancing Live 1979 to see Barry, Robin, Maurice joined by younger brother Andy ...all 4 brothers had perfect pitch and were amazing live performers. Check out Andy solo singing I Just Want To Be Your Everything, his first of 3 consecutive #1 hits--watch him live on The Midnight Special. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
How deep is your love should be your next on.
Bet it’s up 💓🙌🏾😌
Roller skating is not the same without The Bee Gees tunes👍
The bee gees you should be dancing with Jon Travolta is one of their top songs of all time, make sure to watch the video with Jon Travolta as the main dancer of the video, you will be very impressed with his dancing in the video
Ashley!....... 🔥 ❤
Those songs were couples skate songs back in the day.
If you like "To Much Heaven" you will love "Fanny Be Tender With My Love"!!!
Dance music this was the disco era
Have a listen to ‘Emotion’ Bee Gees & Samantha Sang, original version!!! I will ne looking out for your reaction 😊
This is definitely skate music. We were all jamming to this back in the day. Big ol' disco ball in the middle of the floor. 🪩 Good times.
Ashley please please a request Love Somebody by The Bee Gees .. you’re definitely love this tune I enjoy the way you show your reaction to any song Honestly you really be spot on So listen to Love Somebody by Bee Gees ok
Try some Bob Seger, Roll me away, Night moves , and so much more!
They were born in Manchester 🇬🇧 lets not foreget Andy Gibb👍
Their parents fed them cornbread, ham hocks and buttermilk, and they had to wear pants two sizes too small.
This was called Blue eyed soul I remember my older Siblings jamming this back in the day.
what on earth are you talking about?
@@GottaLoveKronik In the 70’s &80’s white groups music that crossed over to black radio was called blue eyed soul .
This is a fact, every four minutes around the world there’s a song wrote or sung by the Bee Gees every four minutes around the world playing
Dear girl, you need to see the movie Saturday Night Fever! John Travolta's first movie role and The Bee Gees Oscar winning soundtrack. You will love it!
You must watch the movie Saturday Night with John Travolta and the follow up Night fever
watch all that stuff live ... for example one night only 1997
Reacted to their : how deep is your love, you should be dancing with John Travolta do the dancing on the floor, night fever,if I can't have you, love you inside out, night on the boardway,New York mining destarter, spirit having flown, you win again, who the Bell ring to.
If it's the BeeGees or Kool and the Gang, just go ahead and add it because it's good 😊
James Brown Funky Good Time Grand Funk Some Kind Of Wonderful (Remastered)
👍👍💯❤️❤️🔥
You could fast dance or do the slow grind to this tune. I LOVED disco!
They did good in disco, but I favoured their older songs. They’re great!
let it play through please...............
I always thought they sang bald headed woman
Hmm I know for sure I've heard this song sampled somewhere but it wasn't listed on whosampled. This is going to bother me all evening lol
I heard them every Friday and Saturday night at the skating center when I was a kid in the 1980s. Grease is one of my favorites. Check that out if you haven't already.
👍👏🏽❤😊
This was a disco song
Try doing I started a joke. Robin sings that one. Barry and Morris stay in the background
These guys were always ripping the charts. Ridiculous like Taylor Swift where they occupied virtually all of the top ten chart hits! You’ll really like “Fanny Be Tender” I think, based on how much you liked Too Much Heaven.
Tina marie.. out on a limb,, and another one lambum lamb
C'mon! Stop dipping your toes in the Beegees water, dive all the way in! You Gotta watch the movie. Another one of my favorite songs from them. Stop cheating yourself Ms. Pen clicker.
Tavaras is ths original and better version!!
I love the song but this cartoon sucks.
Try "Nights on Broadway" - the Midnight Special live performance. I guarantee you will LOVE it!!! A playlist song for sure!!
Yes
Fantastic song.
Hey Ashley, this is what we call the "Disco" side of the Bee Gees and yes it was a very popular track at the skating rinks too!!!
FYI they HATED the word disco and the backlash against them for being associated with it. They called their music contemporary r&b and blue eyed soul. They said they never wrote disco music.
They were never a disco group, only people that don't know the difference between R&B & because they had songs in a movie about disco. They denied being a disco group as well as Casey from KC & the Sunshine band!!!!
TRUE FACTS!!! That is why I said this was the "disco" side of the Bee Gees, because they were much more than that before & after the disco era, they were not a "disco only" musical group!!! @@spudjohnsonn8122
Ashley this st the beginning of their Disco era..So many songs .u wont find a bad one..Try love u inside and out.
And they wrote all of their songs, and for other people also.
Whoever made that particular video for that song did an excellent job.
This is the disco era. You're to young to know anything about that. The bee gees were big back in the 70's.
Love the Bee Gees! Superior voices! 👌👌👌🌈
Definitely Roller skating vibes for sure Ashley! My wife and I and your significant other will join you!
👌👍👍
I wish it was showing Saturday Night Fever with John Travolta dancing to this.. Fire
This was during their disco era.
Very good Ashley !!!!
Most Bee Gee songs were played at skating rinks in the 70's.
I know, I skated to them
Excelent Bee Gees, the best for ever
I like both the Bee Gees and The Tavares versions.
