I was walking down the street the other day - Yonge Street in Toronto - and a woman sitting on the sidewalk asked, "excuse me, sir - do you have some change?" I stopped, looked in my wallet, saw that I only had a $20 bill, paused for a few seconds and then handed it to her. She said, "wow," and put it in one of her pockets.
Later on I was thinking, "damn, I gave away $20 just like that? That's too much...$5 or even $10 would be reasonable, but not $20."
But listening to this great song, and reflecting on the fact that I get 26 good paychecks per year, makes me remember that, yes, when it comes to money "there's more on the way."

really love how alchemist flipped the sample. I found it once and made a pretty nice beat with it, but the way he combined the melody with the vocal sample and the gentle strings is just sick. Also my favorite evidence joint when it comes to lyrics
