This thing is not hooking up to my TV, idk if the RCA isn’t the way it should be hooked up but lights are on to let me know it’s plugged in and the rest is history

try finding a setting on your tv and make sure it says PCM once i have clicked that it worked immediately. Try finding that setting I found it in expert settings on my tv but it can vary depending on device.
