Thanks for checking in. The Valgus Posted Orthotic helps support the side of the foot and ankle for perineal tendinitis.

@@SLOmotionshoes The notes for the valgus insole say it is for a really flat foot but I have a really high arch and have outside of the foot pain that I can only guess is a peroneal tendinitis as nothing shows up on an MRI.
Would these still work with a high arch?

@@chrismatthews1762 I have the same question. I have a neutral to moderately high arch, not a flat foot. I need good arch support but also need some relief from this Peroneal Tendonitis which has gone on for months now. I wish we could get an answer from Dr Byrne.

Which athletic running or walking shoes do you recommend for Peroneal Tendonitis?

Look for a stability athletic shoe. One that is a bit wider especially near the heel area. Hope this helps.

@@stephanieyurchak1080 I've been wearing exactly that -- one of the best shoes made, New Balance 990v5. It's good but I still have pain. In another video he recommends New Balance 928v3, which is a motion control shoe, for Peroneal Tendonitis. The 990v5 is has good heel support, but it is not a motion control shoe. Is a MOTION CONTROL like the 928 better for Peroneal Tendonitis?
