My hangover food is chilaquiles. It’s tortilla chips, or totopos, dip in an spicy green tomato sauce, with fried egg, sour cream and a type of white cheese that we have in Mexico. I really like to see that Koreans also love spicy flavors.
I commend you. My hangover cure is to lay and sleep until I feel sober enough to go and find something to eat that takes the least amount of effort. Most times I want some type of pasta but it’s regularly anything I don’t really have to chew and can mostly just swallow.

Psa there's no such thing as sweating out toxins. That's the job of your kidney/liver, not perspiration. Likely the reason the you feel less "toxic" is because capsaicin makes you feel pleasure and you're kick starting your digestive system/metabolism into gear while refueling on electrolytes.
The only way to get over a hangover or alcohol is time and hydration. I drink water before going out, get water at the bar (it's usually free so designated drivers can have something) and then water before bed. A glass each time should do. No hangover.

It is Sunday today. I woke up hungover, and I cured it by eating the rest of my Hungry Jacks food I got at 1 in the morning, took some Advil, and drunk lots of water. As mexican, I can confirm that the best hangover cure is red, spicy, oily food. In my case: chilaquiles, tacos de barbacoa or torta ahogada. But I love korean food so I am incorporating this too.

In Mexico, our hangover foods also consist of very spicy flavors! The one that comes to mind most of the time is some Chilaquiles, which is a dish made of crispy cut tortilla cooked with some sliced onions and salsa (it can be red, green or any type really) and is usually paired with some cream and white cheese served with beans and huevos estrellados (I'm sorry, I can't remember how to say this in English) and either eat it with a very hot very strong coffee, or a very cold beer. Yeah :)

I was gonna mention how vaguely similar it is to the Arabic Shakshouka. It's essentially onion, peppers, garlic, and green bell pepper left to simmer together with tomato sauce later on added to it. Then, eggs are cracked the same way you did, and left to cook with the lid on. I absolutely adore this Korean dish too and would love to try it sometime! Ps. I hope it is not misunderstood. They are each independent dishes, unique in their own way. Neither are copying the other.

As a Vietnamese, my go to for Hangover food will be Pho, a hot bowl of Vietnamese Pho, with chilli and garlic in vinegar add to it.

It is Sunday today. I woke up hungover, and I cured it by eating the rest of my Hungry Jacks food I got at 1 in the morning, took some Advil, and drunk lots of water. Once that was cured, I then went to Coles and got ingredients to make a potato salad. Once I got back home, I started making the potato salad. For some reason, cutting the potatoes was oddly satisfying. Anyway, I am now letting the potatoes cook, so I went on UA-cam and found this short. So here I am.
Why did I confess this?
I'd heard of Hungry Jacks before but wasn't sure what it was. Google. Wondered how they weren't getting sued by Burger King. Figured it out. Wrote this comment. Went back to my whisky.

Hangover cure: coconut water, ibuprofen, close eyes in darkness for 20-30 minutes, start day as normal with coffee/light breakfast and short walk outdoors no matter the temperature
Pshhh. Obviously your a rookie. Always have a bottle of water and 2 excedrin migraine sitting on your night stand. Take the excedrin and pound the water before passing out with your clothes still on. You will wake up without the hangover. Maybe slightly groggy, but able to eat and go to work and go about your day.

As mexican, I can confirm that the best hangover cure is red, spicy, oily food. In my case: chilaquiles, tacos de barbacoa or torta ahogada. But I love korean food so I am incorporating this too.

In Mexico, our hangover foods also consist of very spicy flavors! The one that comes to mind most of the time is some Chilaquiles, which is a dish made of crispy cut tortilla cooked with some sliced onions and salsa (it can be red, green or any type really) and is usually paired with some cream and white cheese served with beans and huevos estrellados (I'm sorry, I can't remember how to say this in English) and either eat it with a very hot very strong coffee, or a very cold beer. Yeah :)

Sometimes it makes me feel sick and dizzy if I drink water while drinking. It used to prevent a hangover but doesn't anymore for me.

I was gonna mention how vaguely similar it is to the Arabic Shakshouka. It's essentially onion, peppers, garlic, and green bell pepper left to simmer together with tomato sauce later on added to it. Then, eggs are cracked the same way you did, and left to cook with the lid on. I absolutely adore this Korean dish too and would love to try it sometime!
Ps. I hope it is not misunderstood. They are each independent dishes, unique in their own way. Neither are copying the other.
