I do this while driving until it hurts and I've noticed great improvements. it's got rid of the hollowed cheeks and given me rosy higher cheeks.

I like your videos but I'm still unsure about how to do the cheek lifter .in one video you show your top teeth and don't mention curling the bottom lip over the top lip as you do in another one ,or does it matter ? I also find it hard to do without causing lines around my eyes .I've been doing anti aging massage and some neck exercises and they definitely work so I'd love to get this right and give my cheeks a lift . Thank you 😊
