I had to laugh at the end where you are making the coffe, i have the same one , also ''turk Khavesi'' . My wife has a coffe pot very like yours , she loves it and also made of copper but with a wood handle . Nice restoration again leaving some of the age on it and not trying for perfection . @2:50 you should look into getting a finer grade of steel wool 4 is real coarse down to super fine 0000. 00 should leave less scratch marks with the same clearing effect

Turkish coffee must be an extremely fine grind. I'm not one for having grounds in my coffee, unless the it sinks to the bottom when you pour it.

First, boil water and you add coffee and wait a few seconds to pick up the, this is the real Turkey or Bosnian coffee
