EXACTLY! Your man shouldn't be so comfortable being around somebody who is running around chasing underaged girls or assaulting women unless your man is a predator himself. Also, pay attention to his opinions on people like R. Kelly and Chris Brown. If he's always spouting that' "ThEy JuSt TrYiNg To BriNg A BLaCk MaN dOwN!" nonsense in situations like those, then that's a HUGE red flag. The same logic applies to cheaters. If your man is so comfortable hanging around other men who cheat on their wives and girlfriends then he's probably a cheater himself.
I think your comment is underrated. I have yet to meet a man with trash friends that didn't share the trash logic their friends have. Even the ones that claim to hold their friends responsible.
This is spot on, anytime their friend(s) are derelict and/or womanizers (Man whores) they usually share the same ideology. Now that I’m in my 20’s and learned men of dust flock together I look at their friends or inner circles VERY closely.

One way to tell is a man is high earning and high quality is if he offers his time is a meaningful way and not just flash money. Like if something happens and you need him, does he show up to be there by your side and offers to help you out financially , or does he just ask you to send him the bill but basically ignores your calls or avoids you until everything is rosy again.
Somewhat true... at the end of the day some people are smart and understand how things work... even if he does this... make sure he keeps doing this even after 37 years of marriage.
For me, I’ve been paying attention to their network inclusive of their net worth. Do they hold positions in the community? Gotten any awards or honors lately? Connected to top industry professionals? Has access to certain clubs? I see that as someone who cares about their public image and who they’re connected to. Which means they have something to lose.
I can understand this POV but we’ve clearly seen men do things behind closed doors and simply do damage control if it ever becomes public. men in positions of power or high esteem also can be violent, abusive, manipulative and whatever else bc they say “who will people believe?” Men that aren’t just known in their network, but even men h that are known to the world (R Kelly) is a good example so be careful with this thinking. It really has nothing to do with what they do professionally, who they know or what they have achieved/been recognized for. Pay attention to how they treat their family, treat their employees, how they treat the cashier. What they think about other people achieving great things..... look deeper.
Stay far away from high income earning, lone wolfs! A man without any networks is like a stagnant body of water: Swamps and lagoons come to mind. They are not interested in learning anything new, can think they know everything, doesn't cultivate relationships, just one big ole dead end😕
@@neen8369 This is so important! Why not stigmatize polyamorous relationships? They often times lead to the breakdown of families, especially when children are involved. I had a Ghanaian male friend who witnessed polygamous relationships back in Ghana. He said that it was something he would never ever want. It led to too much dysfunction. Dysfunctional behavior, especially behavior involving untraditional sexual relationships should be stigmatized. That’s one of the biggest problems in the black community. People doing whatever the heck they want to do with reckless disregard for consequences, partly due to the fact that many of us are too ignorant recognize the totality of the consequences.

Honestly.... I have enough money and to take care of a family on my own, as a woman. I would be considered a high value man. I could support a stay at home wife and 2 kids. If I had to pick between money and love, I'd pick love. Let's say a dude worked construction and made 30k. I could put him to work flipping houses and working in my real estate business. High earners can be emotionally disconnected and difficult to relate to people, like anyone really. They can be less concerned about the emotional needs of others, and justify not growing and maturing in other areas because of high success with money they’ve already achieved. What I’ve noticed personally is dark skin women in effort to get a hv bm start over emphasizing their body parts and focusing on bbls and snatched waist. The only thing they ever end up getting is sex from the bm not marriage or commitment. An example of this is K Michelle when she was dating idris Elba and he wouldn’t claim her. Now she is not dark skin exactly but what happened to her is what I see happening to dsbw who don’t know the signs. The example she gave of Paige and Chris from MAFS was the perfect example. @Amanda Rivera when your community has beat you down and helped lower your self esteem sometimes things happen. It’s the reason these channels exist. These channels exist to get women to value themselves and go where they are treasured
@Amanda Rivera and “they do it to themselves” that’s an over simplification. Plenty of women sleep with men before marriage. Dsbw have more factors to consider than others and this is exhausting. Thank you so much for speaking up for black women and specifically darker colored women. You are right, darker women are used for hookups and that is it! They will marry lighter women quick! Darker women get treated so badly all across the board.
Yesss such an amazing video!! I just had a date on Sunday with one of the men in my rotation and he is an adopted black man from Haiti who was adopted by a white family. Overall I would say he checked many boxes educated has a decent career going and is upwardly mobile. However I do think he’s the man on this list that May want to try and use me for entertainment and sex while he gets more money and is able to find the woman that he truly wants. He even told me that he does not feel like he is financially stable enough to support a family even though he wants to support a family. So what did I do paid attention I listen and I don’t think I’m going to give him the opportunity of having a second date with me. It’ll just be a waste of time. On to the next in the circle! Pay attention to what they say as well as actions because a lot of times they will tell you what’s up. Also the fact that it started as a coffee date and he didn’t pay for my Starbucks was a turn off, He did pay for our food at this little Restaurant we went to but that was basically a fast food joint where you could sit down like a burgers and sandwich place with drinks and a bar. 😂 He was so shocked when I told him I don’t believe in being someones girlfriend lol it’s not a status to me anymore but to each their own. Keep your options as well let them fight for you!! ❤️❤️❤️
What you said speaks to what Chrissie is saying we should avoid in a real life scenario. The girlfriend thing should be flagged up more, as its a trap especially past the 2-3 year mark especially over the age of 30-35+.

This!
Somewhat true... at the end of the day some people are smart and understand how things work... even if he does this... make sure he keeps doing this even after 37 years of marriage.
True
Bingo! Finally someone gets it. We can’t spend a day at the beach together, because you’re always busy. But you can take care of me, bad combination.

Smart!

Thank you for this. I’m so tired of women thinking because a man has money he’s a good man. Men with money can also be a nightmare.
I loved this video. It even speaks to why it’s so necessary to grow our EQ and to stop relying on $$ alone to be symbolic for wealth and growth. High earners can lack emotional maturity. High earners can be emotionally disconnected and difficult to relate to people, like anyone really. They can be less concerned about the emotional needs of others, and justify not growing and maturing in other areas because of high success with money they’ve already achieved. But I’ve learned…..money doesn’t make you wealthy. If you believe you’ve arrived in life, there’s no room for a growth mindset. This includes wealth and relationships. You may be on level 100 in making money but level 2 on learning how to love and forgive and treat people right. Thank you for sharing this!
Love this

There are a lot of low value men who have high incomes. In fact, for BAMs (Black American Men), the more they earn, the lower they stoop.
I've never heard them be called BAMs before...I like it! 😅
Any facts on that? Or just more anecdotal hyperbole and conjecture?

I don't know much about African American culture and relationship dynamic. However, I'm still a black woman from Africa. In my culture, the men provide for the wives and children. The women are traditional. But they still have careers if they choose to. Her money is all hers and his money is shared money. A high quality man is measured by four things: good lineage (from a good, stable background/family/someone who is close to his womenfolk. If he honours the women in his family, he will honour you as his wife), beauty (good looking) religion (I'm Muslim, so having a noble character is a must. A man who is accountable, trustworthy, loyal, who cherishes his wife and the mother of my his children), wealth (it's a must for Muslim man to have financial means in order to take care of his wife/children. He doesn't have to be obscenely wealthy but he should have a stable professional job).
I'm African too and I can relate to this. But the difference is the fact that I'm christian.
This is also the norm in my culture!
Yes. Agreed
Chrissie... u're simply the BEST.
Had my first experience with a high value dusty this year. Made good money in the medical field with multiple cars and homes and I thought I hit the jackpot in my small town. But I kept my eyes open and didn't do much of the talking and surprise surprise dude was a whole creep 😤. Racist AND sexist AND a Republican🥴. Didn't take me anywhere after our first date and wanted me to pay my own expenses on a trip he invited me to. Blocked him with no explanation and didn't look back.
Lol he probably saw you as easy pickings and in his mind, you should be happy to be with him. Glad you blocked him because he sure as hell isn't asking his bombshell type to pay the bills. He is the type to pay 50k for a high class escort that looks like Pamela Anderson.
PS not saying you are not pretty i see how my comment can seem that way, but most racists and Republicans have a type. Thats what I'm getting at.
Most rich or well to do are probz going to be republican! Why would they democratic?
Umm why do you make Republican sound like a bad thing? Republican is what BW should be. That plantation party needs to die in a fire and take these violent dusties they keep putting on pedestals with them.
Racist, sexist, and Republicon. Yeah that sounds about right.

Chrissie you worked hard on these pictures lol 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Exactly different types of men. Know what you want.
Traditional men deserve traditional women. Like us the southern belles.
High value men are doctors, lawyers, engineers, successful business owners, accountants, electrician, I know a guy that drive trucks that brings in 250k/year, ladies put the attitude aside and talk to these guys
Software engineers too. Don't pass up these types especially in large cities. My (black male) cousin just graduated college at a starting salary of $150K with only $20k of student loan debt.
Other solid careers: tech sales ($120-300k), Physician Assistants and Pharmacists ($150-250k), Investment Banking/Private Equity ($180-350k), (Tech or Management) Consultants ($100-200k+).
Level up your girlfriend circle as well! You'll start becoming naturally familiar with the high earning college-educated world and have more access to these men (because they tend to date and marry their female counterparts)
@@ilysaportax33 Yep, friend circle is so important. Look at Meghan Markle and other (extreme, popular) examples... hypergamous women typically meet their men through social connections.

Also, for the meek mill situation- where are trans women now???? They’re regular women right? They are notably silent in matters like these but if it were trans women he was dragging all over the country on tour he would be cancelled. I don’t want to hear anymore from them about how we are the same! We are different and separate and they know it. Screw their agendas also. We have no allies 💯
There is a huge, huge difference between a High earning man and a High value man. Unfortunately too many people confuse these two. Most Black American rappers are not high value at all! A high value man is a man who apart from having a well paying job, respects himself and his family, if he's married, he takes care of and protects his wife and children, he gives back to his community, treats people with respect. Most of the rappers in this videos earn highly, but none of them are high value in any way.
Very interesting. Especially that part about Colorist and the bed room. Can you tap more into that?
No but your skin😍✨
What I’ve noticed personally is dark skin women in effort to get a hv bm start over emphasizing their body parts and focusing on bbls and snatched waist. The only thing they ever end up getting is sex from the bm not marriage or commitment. An example of this is K Michelle when she was dating idris Elba and he wouldn’t claim her. Now she is not dark skin exactly but what happened to her is what I see happening to dsbw who don’t know the signs. The example she gave of Paige and Chris from MAFS was the perfect example. She thought sexing him up right away and a lot would make him want to treat her right .
@@RC-iq2hh thank you
@Amanda Rivera when your community has beat you down and helped lower your self esteem sometimes things happen.
WW I know sleep with almost every man they meet on the first date and it doesn’t prevent them from getting marriage or commitment from someone.
We keep getting the term “high income/high earners” mixed up with “high value”. These men are far, far, far from being valuable. We need to call a turd a turd.
My mother practiced hypergamy and married my step father who was a narcissistic/obnoxious abusive high value man. For a very long time it scarred me and turned me off to hypergamy because I automatically correlated a man with lots of money and social currency with abuse and powerlessness.
I need to write this down.💯💯
We miss you here Chrissie

Growing up watching TV shows like Good Times and That's My Mama...I NEVER knew the hatred I would face from my own Black men. I was totally unprepared for that. It was shocking at the self hate out there. I knew of White oppression but NO ONE taught me of the dislike I would get from Black men.
Very powerful statement, we are raised to love and care for black men and see them as victims of the system. No one prepares us for their animosity towards us
@@highandmightyqueen79 So true! It must be a mutual respect not one way. . Black women do NEED to stop coddling Black men especially if they are jealous of you and place other women before you.
Chrissie with a WORD 🙌🏾 , as usual. Truth: As a Black Women, I am MF TIRED!! It’s hard to rest in our femininity when we have to guard ourselves from these dusty men. I just want to be a good person and attract someone who is like minded. 😔😩 this can’t be life.

Thank you for the advice Chrissie 💖💖💖
I can't wait to watch.
My mom is a single mother working one job trying to support 3 out of 6 kids and that’s not what I want! I want a husband who is gonna take care of me and our future children, be the man of our household. I hate struggle love, I already struggle enough to struggle with a man. I might be seen as the lazy type but I don’t care, I rather take the easier route.
One common one I would add is men who are in there 30s and still don't know what they want. My ex was high earning and from a wealthy Portuguese family, but he was 34 when i met him and soooo flaky not knowing what he wanted. He woild say he wanted kids then change his mind, then say he wanted marriage and then change his mind again. I wish i would have ran earlier. Getting engaged became a complete war, he decided he wanted kids and planned to start trying but still refused to get engaged and just avoided it and then false promises. People change yes, but the stress he put me under was immense espc considering women have a body clock!!! In short, if a man is in the 30s and STILL hasnt decided what he wants out of family life, run. He will ruin your confidence and lie to you. Make sure you are 100pc on thr same page before commiting to a relationship.
That's why I believe women over 25 date men 45 and up from now on.
@@Blissedx no its crazy, woman in 30s in her best years and 50+ man, who most likely have problems with erection, just no)

I like the list. Been looking for a video like this. Dating becomes a lot clear when we understand the red flags.
You are so right about scammers. Many high value people run into tax issues and everything. Have to be careful.
Thank you so much for speaking up for black women and specifically darker colored women. You are right, darker women are used for hookups and that is it! They will marry lighter women quick! Darker women get treated so badly all across the board.
Not true. I'm light skinned, dated a dark skinned dude, he knocked me up and left. He always dated light skinned or white.
Also the fact that it started as a coffee date and he didn’t pay for my Starbucks was a turn off,
He did pay for our food at this little Restaurant we went to but that was basically a fast food joint where you could sit down like a burgers and sandwich place with drinks and a bar. 😂 He was so shocked when I told him I don’t believe in being someones girlfriend lol it’s not a status to me anymore but to each their own. Keep your options as well let them fight for you!! ❤️❤️❤️
What you said makes no sense at all.
What you said speaks to what Chrissie is saying we should avoid in a real life scenario. The girlfriend thing should be flagged up more, as its a trap especially past the 2-3 year mark especially over the age of 30-35+.
