Wow Jim, You articulated exactly how I feel on the whole Covid debacle. I was blown away by the sheer numbers of people who just did what they were told and never questioned any of it!!! I never wore a mask and didn't get the shot, nor ever got Covid and I was in my late 50's when it all started. Loved listening to you both, so awesome to hear common sense people and yes, I miss it too. So sad to see so many non- critical thinkers and zero common sense.. it's truly mind- blowing!!
Right there with you. Seems folk like us are few and far between anymore. Common sense and discernment are so rare today, they should be declared super powers. Too many people lack historical context and simply go along to get along.
Masks were a disaster from the beginning, and now we've made part of the population compliant and silent like they were muzzled, and the other part emboldened by the ability to wear a mask and create chaos anonymously! Non-compliance with the lockdowns could have prevented much of what we suffer today.

I think the issue isn't the mask, it's the mandatory shots that shouldn't have been enforced. If we would've just said, masks required in enclosed areas like hospitals, grocery stores, theaters, airplanes, etc ...then we would've been ok. Mandating shots should never have been allowed.

I've never cared what any celebrity, elites, political hacks have ever said! I have a brain and make my own decisions based ony own research of the issue. In my opinion, they should all just do their job and keep their opinions to their selves! That’s the same debate we had and have here in Italy. I had all the shots and I wore “the mask”, my wife and daughter too. We’re alive, we did our part. We did it because we thought it would have been the best thing to do as citizens who want to be safe and want the others to be safe.
I always thought that the luxury of thinking otherwise is for those who never had to be hospitalized and to experiment the pain and the suffering of being ill. I experimented it. I risked my life at 35 yo because of a virus. I honestly can tell you that vaccines and masks are not so bad when you know why they exist.
If you did your due dilegence then you would have known masks are useless against a virus. There were many studies done before it became political showing this.
I have no problem with people making the decision to take an experimental drug, this was not a vaccine until they changed the definition of it, but mandating it is completley wrong. also early on it was known that it didnt block transmission thus no affect on people around you.
