I love my Fire King dish ware. I was fortunate enough to get a set at a garage sale for $20.

Thanks for information. I’m just now taking an interest in this beautiful glassware.

Such a beautiful collection. We had the peach coloured cups and bowls in the 50's and 60's and a few years ago I found a set of cups and a big bowl for stews etc. Sorry not up with the correct terminology. Thanks so much!

Does the turquoise blue pattern come in any other color?

The Turquoise Blue set can be found in plain white and white trimmed with gold. It's actually harder to find in some areas than the blue! Enjoy searching!

The Jadite is so expensive now! I hope to get a cup or 2 sometime. I think I only have one saucer. My mother had the wheat pattern. That is so pretty. It’s a shame the damage a dishwasher and detergent can do to some vintage pieces! I don’t want to risk it.

Enjoy the search for jadite! You’ll find it when you least expect to! The wheat is a favorite of mine too! Note about the dishwasher-it’s the soap, cleanser, detergent that causes the problem. I’ve used all my everyday kitchenware, depression glass and elegant glass in the dishwasher foe 30 years-Without the soap. It’s more of a sterilizing wash to kill bacteria.
