As part of the episode 2 of the Next Gen animation serie produced by RwanLink I had to create two different tracks to represent the amazing environment of Lake Hylia that RwanLink did. Once again I had to create a magical and fantastic vibe in the music. That was awesome to make ! So here's the music I made for the gameplay part of the video.
Zelda fans know that Lake Hylia location haven't a proper musical theme in Ocarina of Time. We simply hear Hyrule Field music during our exploration of the lake. So I decided to use the Serenade of Water music as a global inspiration here. Also we can hear several short segments of Hyrule Field music. I even used the Lake Hylia musical theme of Twilight Princess as a transition.

I love the fact that Zelda Ocarina of Time doesn't even have a specific theme for Lake Hylia (It just plays Hyrule Field's Theme in this area) so you created it yourself. Using the Serenade of Water as a base was an excellent idea. The choir and strings really amplifies the feeling of awe we have while exploring Lake Hylia in RwanLink video. You two form a wonderful duo and I hope you will be able to continue working together for a very long time!

I'm another big fan of how you adapted "Serenade of Water" vibes into a full field theme. Epic like the Hyrule field theme, but more magical and serene evoking the pure, placid lake. I'm in awe!

A little sad that it didn't end up with any heavy references towards Twilight Princess' Lake Hylia (though I enjoyed the little sneak at it at 2:40), but great regardless :)
Hey !! Thank you :) It was challenging to decided which melodies to choose. RwanLink and I wanted to keep the OoT vibe especially but I couldn't resist to insert the Lake Hylia theme from TP.
