- Sheila Foster recalled the moment she was notified saying, "The first thing I said after I collapsed was, 'Garrett I'm so sorry'." Garrett Foster's family says multiple witnesses testified during the trial, which led to a murder conviction that she says now means nothing.
This is exactly what Abbott said he was going to do, right after the conviction.Using the board of pardons as cover is pitful. I'm just suprised it took him so long. Abbot is a pathetic waste of flesh.
Apparently, a detective disclosed that the prosecutor concealed exculpatory evidence. That is why Abbott waited. Now the pardon is way less controversial is likely to survive a lawsuit.

Stand your ground laws make it so anyone carrying a gun is a threat who can be shot. How does that make sense?
