Excellent example and easy to follow. I just happened to get a contract where I'm going to build a program within Excel that needs to connect to an Azure Database. What great timing on you doing this video and me needing it! I feel like we took the same course from Video Creators too 😀
That’s odd. Normally, you would need to provide a payment method. If you are a student you can get credits - so maybe that’s what’s happening? For the $14 - that’s normally if you run the system continuously - remember to shutdown or even delete the machine when not using it
@@LearningandTechnology Yeah, I used a student id to create that. But I don't want to pay that amount later. When I tried to create the server, it shows me some amount to create but did not ask for any credentials so created that. SO, what do I do now? I don't even know how to delete that server.
If you are a student or instructor, check to see if your School is part of the Microsoft for Education program. There are some free credits that you can get and signing up doesn’t require a credit card.
This was the very best tutorial I have seen on this. Worked like a charm! Thank you, you are a natural.
Thanks! That’s very kind of you

@@biplavkarki1720 if you go into your Azure management portal - you can see resources, select them, and delete them
If only 12 month free account didn't require to pass credit card data...
