@@Hot-Dog-Racing Man F1 sucks...the last race was pure crashes...and the result is the same..Hamilton always wins, Haas and Williams always at last...so predictable.
Really, I'm not a big fan of giving penalties. But this move from Herta 0:30 (forcing a driver off the track creating a pile-up) should be a drive-thru.
Well, i would say it´s a combination of errors. Herta pushed Ferrucci of track, that should have been a penalty, then Ferrucci did not try to avoid going back on track wich resulted in two chrashed competitors. This was correctly penalized. I think the problem is lack of respect both for the rules and for other competitors. It´s a shame.
@@Kei.sssssswwwwwwwwwmmm Maybe, but we will never know because he didn´t try wich in my view (and Indy´s) is why he was penalized. He obviously didn´t try to crash Rosenqvist and Palou but it was the result of him trying to get back on track in full traffic. Check out Pagenauds spinn in the first race. He waited for clear track before resuming race. That´s how it´s supposed to be done.
@@sandromiguel6061 With the Indycar tire and suspension setup, he may as well have been on ice. No amount of steering or braking is going to do anything.
@@IanTheMotorsportsMan_YT Meh.. Look at the replay again.. he didn´t brake and he didn´t steer to try to avoid merging in full traffic hitting two other cars. That´s a clear penalty. Both Herta and Ferrucci should have been awarded a drivethrough penalty. Two hotheads with a clear lack of respect.
0:58 Watch the brain dead corner workers who are there to PROTECT the drivers. The yellow flagger is a zombie watching the accident and then he realizes, "Oh yeah, I need to wave the yellow flag." That, is a good example of the types of Volunteers they get and the training they receive. "As long as we wave the flag eventually, we have done our job." I've been watching them and working with them since the 60's and that is the norm. "We showed up, what more do you want from us?"
The flag was out within one to two seconds of the crash entering their area of responsibility. Sure, pretty slow, but not worth crucifying them over. I'm pretty sure station 5 starts at the top of the hill, so most of the crash happens in station 4 to boot.
@@StarkRaven59 I have been watching corner workers since 1968 and was one. They have responsibilities other than to put on the whites and show up. They have to imagine what the drivers need to see and when and give it to them. They have to know how to hold and wave the flag so the driver can actually see it. 99.99% don't even know that. They learn how to use an extinguisher while a car is burning. They have no plans ahead of time for how they will perform given different accidents. Some of these clowns don't even hold the yellow flag in their hands. They have to walk over to it and then to the spot they have to use it. Their "Leaders" have no clue what the JOB is either.
Worth a wait. Thank you for finally uploading this🏁
I love when commentators says "whooooaaa!!!"
I thought it is OOOOOOOOOOOO
Dixon channeling his inner Vettel.
Amazing race
..way better than F1. Love it!!
I take it you didn’t watch the last two F1 races

F1 was better this weekend and before.
Same could be said about Scott Dixon this year. He won a bunch of races in a row. Did you even watch Monza?
Why can't both sports be good ? No need to tear down F1 or indycar . They both have their own appeals
Colton Herta vs Santino Ferrucci Round 2

Epic battle but shame Kensou got SBINALLA.
What happened to Sato?
Likely had to pit for fuel or tires, but it would be nice of Indycar to show that.
yea.i think so 2.
Great course layout
War of Change From Indycar series
where is the entire race?
Cleveland Race please
So
Who's fault for the first lap incident?
Colton

Grodperspektiv but ferrucci had nothing to do because of the wet grass

Grodperspektiv Colton admitted on the Marshall pruett podcast that he did treat santino with lesser respect.
The way herta pushes ferruci off at the start is pretty incredibly dirty
Finally...
IndyCar World Series
Poor Dixon. 🙁🙁
Was it Ferucci fault?
Herta put Santino down on the wet grass and I don’t think he could avoid him with the wet grass. Interesting debate tho
@moi paslui how are you supposed to slow down on wet grass?
@@mtlfpv He didnt even seem to try

Herta definitely pushed him, but it looks like he was really loose in the corner, so maybe it wasn't "intentional".
Why wasn't any penalty given to Herta???? So he wins? Fair play? Wonder why Indy is so unpopular...
Really, you celebrate that sportmanship?!?
Videos Number 22 And Videos Number 69
Ferrucci didn't even try to re-enter safely.
He was sliding on wet grass. He couldn’t control re-entry or speed. Rookie Herta shouldn’t have driven him into the grass.
denithy He couldn’t because of the wet grass
That's so unprofessional from Ferrucci
Didn’t Herta put him in the wet grass?
shmet it’s Herta’s fault! Not ferrucci
It might be Herta who pushes him off, but he rejoined right on the apex of the corner
shmet remember, the grass was wet even if he used the brakes to avoid carnage. Wasn’t intentional regardless
