This happened to me with Serval. I had a blessing that would completely refill the energy of a character if they killed an enemy. Serval would skill, burst and kill one of them, then burst and kill one of them, then burst and kill one of them … it got to the point where it didn’t even play her burst voice line 😂 I think I managed to do it like 5 times in a row, it was awesome.
Add that with two elation buffs, one that delays enemy action by 12% if they're hit by a follow up attack, and another that turns ults into follow ups.
I think most tierlist is based on true endgame which is Memory of Chaos. Not Simulated Universe. In SU almost all if not all can be cracked with the right path, blessing and curio.
Arlan's been by far my fav unit so far. Carried me all the way to the end game alongside fire MC and M7 providing shields. I just let him stick on 1hp and dish out insane dmg! I really hope they add more characters that utilize hp instead of a skill point, it's so fun building around them
What team you use him in? Is he the only dps in the team and how do you manage not getting one shotted?? Sometimes even my Natasha with 4k die so idk how to keep him alive with only 1hp 😭😭
@@moony488 My team is Arlan, Bronya, March 7, and Fire MC. Both March and Fire MC are using the shield 4 piece set for bigger shields and have about 2k defense, while Arlan is using the lightning set and min maxed for dmg. I have him with spd boots so he's at least 1 spd faster than Bronya so I can have him act, then immediately act again since Bronya is right behind him in the turn order. M7 is providing 2k shields every turn, and Fire MC is usually auto attacking and giving 300 sheilds to the entire team, unless I need him to taunt so I can regain skill points for M7 and Bronya. Sometimes I'll use bronya to speed up M7 if I have extra skill points and want to throw more shields around to ppl that need it, mainly fire tank so he passively pulls more aggro for 3 turns (not guaranteed)
I'll save Fire MC ult to use it during the enemies turn to refresh any shields that were broken as well, since activating it triggers his passive for a 300 shield refresh! Usually keeps my entire party safe from any dmg from ads and I just try to burst any bosses or elites while shielding the key components of my team and embracing being in red hp It's also worth noting I prioritized leveling fire MC damage reduction traces, and am running light cones that give the party more flat damage reduction. If you play your mitigation right, your shields should rarely be broken! Especially in sim world where the destruction and/or preservation work wonders with the comp

Arlan is basically a Poor man’s Blade. Both are destruction and play only differ in element as Blade is Wind and Arlan is lightning. Their skill ATK enhances damage but loss some health and their ult is also exactly the same
