Due to cultural diversity in Pakistan, Some people think that daughters are the property of other. i.e. sooner or later they would be married somewhere , so there is no benefit of educating them. Secondly, many parents don't let their daughters for higher studies cos of Coeducation. They think that girls may betray in that kinda system , pre-marriage relationships, drugs and so so. This problem can be resolved by making separate educational institutes , hospitals and industries where they can work freely and meet their financial problems. Just like That of Bangladesh, garments industries are established for females. In this way , poverty can also be thrown out of the window.
I'm islam there is no prohibition for women to educate them. But to go out without hijab, and bad outfits it is haram, this is in favour of women rather empowerment for women ok, you director blame islam in Pakistan, it is wrong, in ancient time there was no glorifiaction of education thats why women prohibited to her house on their own ok, thats why our rasool said when there is very essential for women to go out, it is allowed for women to go ok
