I hope they have a.22 WMR in the lineup
Not to mention what appears to be a Ruger style Rotary Magazine, so I'll mention it for you Springfield. These rifles look like something I'd like to have.
I love this gun
im confused at how 1" @50y is something worth being proud of?
Well it sounds better than 2 moa at 100 yards guarantee.
To me it's a merger of a Kimber M-82 and a Ruger 10-22. Hopefully the best of both models. A 1/4" at 50yds would be something to brag about. 1" at 50 is very easy to achieve with a CNC turning center
Booyah 👊🏽 😁 👍🏽 🇺🇸 2A
Love truck and back seat 💺 👌🏽
A 17wsm would also be fantastic
Those mags looked like Ruger 10/22 mags. Are they compatible?
Supposedly yes
Yes they are...I know because I have a 10/22 and my woman bought me a 2020 for Christmas (AA grade wood stock) and I had it out the next day. It's a tack driver.
I am sure its a great rifle and yes I am a Springfield fan but in my opinion they should have brought back the original 22 lr training rifle first that they made many moons ago it is an M1A version, a training rifle for the military. I will be buying one of these new rifles for sure, however another one of there classics they should bring back is the M6 scout in a more modern version like the browning hi power which is a more modern version , just my two cents worth and also IMO only I would love to see them produce a twenty five ought six , instead of constant pistol versions , this company was founded on rifles of extremely high quality and hope fully they will start asking for the publics opinion instead of forming there own opinion of what us old timers need because the new calibers are great but the 25 ought six is definitely a keeper, from this old country boys opinion,
Springfield armory is not the same company that made those guns.
😯😯👍👍 VERYGOOD sudyord 🔥🔥😁😁 i from THAILAND PATLUNG
25. 7. 66
Now imagine it in 5.7x28.
Are you going to make it left-handed .
Make a lefty version?
Will it fit in any aftermarket precision chassis?
ask the aftermarket....
It's pretty fresh to the market... I doubt it.
MSRP ?
999.99
Ranges from like $450 to $1000 which is kind of ridiculous for a bolt action .22
@@adamfaulhaber1759 why? there are 10k 22s and shotguns. Not everything has to be 299 and on WalMarts shelves.
$400-$500
Now release in 17HMR as well? Maybe? But I'm happy it's out in 22lr.
20 or 30 round mags?
@HorchataFan yeah....its a 22 not a 300wm lol. 20 round mags are little
These made in the US I hope?
Nope, Turkey.
It about figures and I was going to buy one not sure now
why not?@@johnrippy8978
What's the price point?
Right around the mid 400s up to around 1100$
Why a rotary magazine?
Known to deform the round.
I have owned and shot a number of 10/22’s since 1968 and have never had problems with the rotary magazines in the 10 shot version. After market high capacity, yes, but not factory.
@@gilbertdelgado6703 love my 10/22s.
But precision shooting or “target” shooting… the rotary mags alter the ammunition. The CZ and the very cool, but highly expensive Vudoo branded rifles use a “hop-up” design in a stick magazine that prevents these deformities. I have a Savage B22 (bolt) that uses this same rotary design and after reading about these occurrences, … wish I would have opted for the hop-up design.
@@AlabamaPilgrim333 The Ruger rotary is a better design than the one on the B22. All the ones I use on my 10/22 target do not deform the bullet at all.
Why is it a 22 LR? 😢 1:03
Because they already released a newer model of the og for big game?
Maybe because .22 rimfire has always and continues to outsell all the other rimfire cartridges you might have in mind?
Question: why would and should they introduce the rifle in a LESS popular caliber than .22 rimfire?
Reviews show it's not accurate like others
What caliber is Rimfire 2020?
380 acp
22 caliber
2020 ,its in the name
Bolt action? Why not make a semi-auto?
why not add wheels to it and make it a bicycle?
Great idea! Make it in a semi-auto instead so you can compete head on with Ruger's still very popular 10/22 semi-auto.
That would be the same Ruger that no longer offers their bolt action 77/22 .22 rimfire that so many cry is no longer available.
@@AirborneMOC031 Yeah, getting rid of the 77/22 was a big mistake. I've got a 77/17 in 17 HMR and it's an awesome rimfire rifle.
This rifle doesn't shoot worth a shit. Cmon guys, i know you can do better.
