I had a Meal Team Six Bud Light Warrior get out of his truck, and threaten me, had to have only been like in his early 30s. He thought I wrote an anthem to wearing masks in the pandemic. Actually attracted the attention of a Sergeant in the local PD who was closer to my age, who had to, while arresting him for improper display of a firearm (he had pointed an AR-15 at me) that it was, in fact, an 80's theme song for a cartoon, and that he went to jail for a cartoon. It was GLORIOUS!

Goddamn it! 80's OP songs were the best! Catchy, Epic Guitar solo, Rock/Techno/Jazz, Energic and of course with a message! This type of songs are not simply intros, they are anthems to childhood.

Amazing toys. Nobody will spend the money on that anymore. Not even giant Hasbro who bought out Kenner which first made MASK. Not without a movie they keep pushing on Hollywood to connect MASK to Transformers.
I've got my 9 month little boy into listening to this song. He loves dancing to to the theme tune. Not sure what I'm going to tell him when his a little older and I have to tell him you cant get the MASK toys anymore...😅

I had 2 DC comics from this show. Congress opposing MASK like in the "X-Men" and "Avengers" books, not knowing they were a top-secret arm of the PNA (Peaceful Nations Alliance.) That was how deep undercover MASK was. I couldn't wait to watch them after school at grandma's house.
would have been cool to create a backdoor pilot for a new MASK show via Transformers Prime with the covert ops group who tried to reverse engineer t-cog technology. after they went defunct, someone with some morals took over and used it to make all the MASK vehicles turning the villain group into heroes.

I told them, no, it says "masked charade." Hondo, Bruce, Julio, Ali, Nevada. Maybe bad 80s stereotypes but they were heroes to me. Especially Bruce.
Man, I used to have that whole gas station HQ playset and bunch of the vehicles as a kid. Only one I managed to save was the red car with the gullwing doors, I keep it on my mantle as a decorative piece now.
The 80s and 90s cartoons had the best intros and music! Nowadays they don't do so catchy and cool songs,usually they made real short intros,and with forgetable songs which also don't leave any message! Very rarely you will hear something good a whole! I used to love mask as a cartoon show the masks were cool it's a great shame that it is no longer on TV and the theame was amazing.
