Good stuff. So often I see people setting goals, but don't break them down into incremental steps to achieving them. There are so many directions a person can go within QA and even expanding beyond it can be a bit overwhelming. Great Tips!!

Yes exactly, people have these huge goals and then get overwhelmed. Break them down to smaller goals and adjust as needed along your path!
