Thank you Father Warner for today's teaching. I agree we have to keep our mother tongue alive and teach our children the same. Also if children can speak our language it is bonuses apart of English it helps too. Lovely message 😊 God bless you 🙏

Thanks a million Fr.Warner for laying stress on the need to be proud of one's mother tongue and doing one's best to contribute positively the mother tongue.
I was really confused when I heard that the first Reading was from Ecclesisiasticus- Ben Sirach.
It is indeed a fitting farewell to the Great Prophet Elijah, who was taken away through a whirlwind of fire.
We could look on Ecclesiasticus- Ben Sirach as the medium through which the Jewish young men were encouraged to read and appreciate the richness of the Jewish culture and Glorious traditions.
I really loved this teaching and it has cleared the cobwebs from my mind.
The view from your bedroom balcony is great and I am sure the beauty of the surroundings help you to focus your attention on the awesome task of proclaiming the good news
May the Holy Spirit continue to inspire and guide you Fr.Warner God bless you 🙏 Fr.Warner. 🎉

11:46 Thanks dear Fr for today's teaching. Very happy to hear you stress on importance of knowing our mother tongue and teaching it to our children. It is very sad to see people being proud to be goans, east Indians, mangaloreans etc but don't know their language nor do they teach their children to speak. We should take pride because our language is our identity. God bless you dear Father

Thank you Fr Warner for today's teaching. Like you I too don't speak Konkani. It was always English in our homes. My parents of course knew Portuguese and did it if they wanted to say something confidential so that my brother and myself would not understand. God bless them. And God bless you Fr.

Well spoken father, nowadays people are ashamed to speak their mother tongue but regard only English as the esteemed language.

Jésus bless you Fr Warner. It's good to see so much of nature. Nature makes me marvel at The Creator. I am from Mumbai. I will forward this video to a Goan friend who lives in Goa with regard to a place your sister is looking for. Jesus please intervene. So much to learn from The Scriptures. Thanks Fr. Warner.

Nice teaching always Fr. Speaking about suppressing konkani by Portuguese, reminds me of good old song saying " Konkani kuznantli bhas (kitchen language) mhunntoch kuznant dovorchi nhoim punn tika Sallant (Hollant) haddun maan diunk zai" (To speak openly). It's never too late Fr.

Dear Fr Warner - the view from your bedroom balcony is so lovely, serene & peaceful. In this text the author of Sirach wants us to focus on Elijah's magnificent deeds so he wrote poetic verses of praise. Also wanted to say that you were so right - that people regard Konkani as a language spoken by servants. Families should teach children their own mother tongue too. Fortunately I can speak a bit. Thank you Fr -for teaching us so well & your blessing. God bless& heal you. 🙏 💞

    Dear Fr.
I really appreciate your background explanation of context of daily Mass readings. I always try and read and watch your daily blogs and vedio and forward them to around 14 members(some are groups among them) previous evening. In the morning before going for Mass I read the Mass readings from the daily Mass dairy.
Your blogs and vedios are of great help for me to appreciate our Catholic church Sacraments and Rituals. I hope and wish similar help to others who watch your vedios and read the blogs. I sincerely thank your efforts and May God Bless you as His Instrument in Proclaiming His Good News.
    Thank you once again.
