Dear Nicole, I have this ability my whole life i guess but a few years ago i told the image in my head to my coach, when she said it was correct. The images started coming with every word she said. I ended up describing the last picture of her deceased dog and her in detail (she was mentioning her dog, not that he was dead ) & her friends house (a beautiful big farm house middle in a city, regular houses around it. Come on what are the odds ). Since then i had it on and off. Now i am reading photo's of deceased loved ones on Facebook for free. It has been a month now and it gets stronger and stronger. Details pop in my head, see with my 3th eye, and a feeling. I cant make any sense of it. But the loved ones do. I truly feel blessed and it's lonely,but so worth of it. They wake me up since i started reading, every night. Feels like sleep paralysiz but isnt. I can move, but i have brainwaves. And a knowing that my guides are working on me and then i drift of to sleep again. When i have contact with spirit, my guides are are showing themselves sometimes in the corner of my eye. I feel so much for the deceased loved ones. How glad they are to be able to give final messages to their loved ones. Bringing loved ones together, even after "death". Love is the stronger force here. You are the first medium I feel is true & honest. The gift has been in our family for generations & it is hard to try to explain to people. I have had 3 cancers & also bad health & have had probably 20 surgeries. I died for 37 minutes & they were able to bring me back & they were amazed I was normal. I saw my father & my father-in-law (who was like a father) but was not in front of gates.
I dont know why I stumbled onto your UA-cam channel, but I do enjoy it. The strange thing is, My dreams are always ALWAYS very vivid, very colorful and very real. Here lately, they have actually been coming to pass as well. I've always listened to my dreams, but thought they were just that, a dream...until I was visited by two friends that passed...which validated further another dream I had with two family members that passed, & came together. love the fact that you said that we need to listen to both are negative emotions as well as positive, a lot of growth can definitely come from working with our more negative emotions and learning why we feel this way, what is this trying to tell us, and then learning to deal with those issues. For me, it really helped with my anxiety and I haven't had a panic attack in over a year! (I still struggle on a day to day basis but I've improved so much!) I also learned that I had a lot of underlying issues from when I was a child that I hadn't realized affected me and was actually the cause of some of my anxiety. While it's better for me to focus on lighter thoughts during a ritual or some other workings with spirts, it's definitely worth meditating on and doing some deep thinking on
The WHY is so important... I gave up several times, but I do a reading and when I see the positive impact it has on a client I remember why I do it... which is to bring confirmation and show that Spirit has everyone's back.
It really is. Without the 'why', it's nearly impossible to stick to.

I believe we ALL are psychic & have mediumship abilities. Just like we all can draw, some can create great works of art, while many of us struggle to draw a straight line- but we call all draw. We all have had the experience of seeing something out the corner of our eye, or felt someone else in a room when we were the only one physically present.
I also believe that inner voice we hear in our head that sounds like our own, is from Source, spiritual team, or even loved ones. It has just happened in such as a natural way, we've "forgotten" how to initiate it consciously. plus often we have certain expectations on HOW we will receive the info or messages, when it's different for everyone, so drop the expectations.
When you speak of writing, there's a certain connection between handwriting & the brain, plus there's energy in physically writing ( not typing)
RE: beliefs. I agree with you. I have learned so much w/in the last year and things I have never believed in and now do, so I am much more open minded about possibilities of different beings/ entities, and planes of existence than ever before. Sometimes you just have to expei=rience them to believe them

The last few days I've been getting an overwhelming feeling of sadness. Usually in the evening while just sitting here. I have no reason to be sad but the feeling is so strong that I actually feel like crying. It lasts for maybe 10-15 minutes, then I'm fine again.
HermsAdventures hard to say. Pay attention to your thoughts when you feel it come on. Try to remember what you were thinking right b4 it started. If those thoughts are unusual for you that is a sign it is.

Same for me and intuitively I know that the feelings are not my own . I usually talk to my angels and they calm me down . Its happened a few times .

Wow!!!! You are so on point especially with focusing on the why. I started with a genuine request to God because I was missing something. I listened in prayer and He told me to be careful of what I was asking for. So, I asked for a taste of all gifts and I would know what I could handle or not. I started waking up to burning smells in my home and the smell was so intense it caused me to become anxious and it would not subside despite the absence of any smoke or flames. I have had 3 physical visions, heard spirit, experienced direct knowing, had film like visions placed in my head, and I tingle when someone else is telling the truth about spiritual encounters.

I am about to write down each main emotion and write down how I feel when I feel those things. Writing things down normally really helps me and also I can use it as a tool to recognize what the feeling it for myself and for spirit and so then I can pay attention how i am feeling with each spirit! I just wanted to comment that in the last 2 or 3 days I’ve watched 3 different spiritual people say something about how some say to only focus on the positive feelings and not the negatives and all 3 have said they don’t believe that because we are humans, we have emotions, but we need to be aware of them. Lately I’ve been asking for guidance on being more positive and to see 3 people say it’s not all about the positive emotions and to be aware of the negative is no doubt a sign if I ever saw one... especially since this video is an older video. Thank you for helping me see that.
embracing your senses and emotions, helps clear emotions and improves your connection, working from the heart and being of service is all a medium needs. Some great insights, love your work and 30+ years as a medium, it can be a curse aswell as the most beautiful experience ever. I have found enlightenment, and so found peace by understanding my spiritual journey.
This is where i began at is with tarot cards when i was 14 but my mother took them and burned them, and my grandmother paid a fortune for them that was in the early 90's though and they've changed over the years more modern decks for easier learning. Not like it was when i was younger much harder to learn then than today. I love your teachings and your so young with a feeling of peace and calm to your being and I love to be with a community of like-minded pple.

I saw the same thing at the 18one and I got a weird shooting feeling in my legs and stomach. I am cooking so I have it on the counter, no one else here and my UA-cam just shut off completely. I had to go back to UA-cam and go to library and find this, well it took me about 3 minutes back from where I was and guess what, the second one showed up!!!

I saw three sections of white mist stream moving top to bottom. It was a visit from my ancestors. Recently a soul came thru me and felt a tingling in my chest then my breathing became sl. labored. My neighbor said her friend was a heavy smoker. I connect thru I phones. I place my left hand over people's I phone and spirit comes thru with messages.

I guess I should say re-aligned myself again as I used to be involved in mediumship and Tarot Card reading many years ago But was drawn to Spiritual healing as it was something that made me feel so good inside and I would like to think that I helped many people. 13:29 when i was a small kid it was my idea to write letters to my uncle who passed away before i was born. i’ve always felt i have had a bond with him even though i never got to meet him. i would leave the letters on his grave. so when you said you wrote letters to the spirits it just reminded me of that

I found your channel through a Dolores Cannon video and I’m so glad I did. I started meditating back in May & ever since then I’ve been having some strange things to me that I’m questioning my sanity. I’ll see things like ppl or a figure not sure because it was in my peripheral view. Orbs of light or rays of light when I close my eyes. I even think I had a vision. My eyes were closed and this black square 🔲 kept coming towards me & then in the middle I saw flowers. It was so crazy. It happened when I was waking up. Then the most recent was on the wall I saw a circle & some design was in the middle & it was like it was being imprinted or coming in to focus but then when I actually focus on it, it goes away. Idk I can’t make sense of what I’m experiencing. At first it creeps me out but then it’s kinda cool. I do need guidance though

Before you mentioned some of these things in the video, I felt and guessed them? I started thinking about how I get excited when thinking of paranormal activities and then you proceeded to say it. I then started thinking about a relative of a friend (knowing they had passed) and noticed how it made me feel stressed and then you started talking about how that can happen... especially when there passing was stressful.
I learned that I may be a psychic medium when my grandfather visited me just before I learned of his death. I have this strong feeling him and my grandfather who passed years ago are both here with me and are wanting to guide me and aid me in my spiritual journey including helping others. Is it possible that they may have chosen to be here with me for the purpose of helping me strengthen my gifts? I will say my grandpa and I are very connected and have been since my birth.

I prayed for clarity by meditation last night with my 🧿 and I found this video out of nowhere! Hi! I’ve been going through a new awakening and I think I am a medium. I channel information out of no where from what I think is a higher source. And a new thing is getting “downloads” from dead people of that makes sense. I get “downloads” when I pass abandoned houses and hospitals. I’ve always had a feeling I can communicate with things easily but they come in the form of thoughts. Any insight?

I used to be afraid of death but now almost looking forward to “seeing him”. I feel like I need to talk to him so I stop imagining my own death, it’s so strange

I had a very strong experience a few years ago till this day I haven’t found someone who is willing to listen and explain to me what happened. I had very fast images in my head of a man that went missing. Ever since that experience when ever I want to go into deep prayer or meditation my eyeball moves back and forth very fast. Something like blinking very fast but my eyes are closed at all time??? What is this ????
Adrii keep meditating on it, and praying, ask for more information. I just listened to a podcast where a Psychic medium saved 2 peoples lives because they were kidnapped and she was able to bring the police to them and save their lives!!!!

I’m on this video seeking guidance I’m 20 years old and I get so scared at night or when I’m alone. I get a tightness in my back and fear just over comes me, I run to the nearest person in the house and a wall I can put my back against. most of the time it’s just seems like fear out of nowhere, I have had a couple of negative experiences in the past and it has really stuck with me. I sleep on the couch outside of my moms room just so I don’t feel alone. I constantly keep myself distracted till I fall asleep so my mind doesn’t wonder, I just want to understand how to deal with this and finally have some independence and be able to sleep in my own bed.
