Oh, goodness. What a wonderful story. A similar thing happened to me in that I ‘accidentally’ realised I was tuning into the spirit world while reading tarot (I began reading tarot just because I was curious.) After a month or two I was playing around with the cards after a meditation session when I ‘saw’ my cousin in my minds eye and wondered why I might be seeing him. The card I was looking at was ‘the hermit’ card and in the deck I was using he holds the grim reapers staff, so I kind of freaked out thinking ‘oh no! Is my cousin going to die?’ The next thing I new, I was ‘seeing’ and ‘feeling the energy of’ a man (a friend of someone I know) who had died 6 months previously. He had the same name as the cousin I had ‘seen’. A conversation happened after that where I used the cards to fill in the gaps of things I couldn’t ‘see’ or ‘hear’ clearly. Goodness me. I still find it hard to believe, however the flood gates now seem to have opened and I am intuitively reading tarot as though I’ve done it my whole life. 😂 With that said, even though there seems to have been a RIDICULOUS amount of accuracy happening, I am STILL having trouble believing. It’s just all so magical. 😂☺️So I was wondering: how did you start trusting that your abilities were ‘real’? I’m curious because I’m so hoping I’ll be brave enough to let myself believe fully sooner rather than later. ☺️💕
I had such a huge smile on my face reading your story because I can totally relate!!! The best advice I can give is to keep reading for others. As you continue to practice, your faith and confidence will continue to build. You'll be wrong sometimes (no one is ever 100% accurate) but I'm sure you'll notice that your right more often than not. Also, keep a journal of all the amazing, magical experiences you have, whether they are related to tarot or not. Going back and reading through these wonderful stories will jump-start your faith when you begin to doubt yourself or your abilities. Have fun exploring!!!

My experience started when I was 4ish.. I heard my dad calling me from my mom's room, so naturally I was excited because my dad didn't live with me. Went to my mom's room and the voice turned into a growling whisper that said.. Jessssica, it's your DAD. I didn't understand what it was at the time, but that started an entire childhood of being messed with by negative entities. Things came to an peak during the first part of my awakening at 17. I had been having sleep paralysis every night and dreams that this entity that looked like the Baghul demon (that movie wasn't even out at the time, so I think that particular entity is real) would chase me around a decrepit plane of existence. I found my inner voice and during this experience I had what I believe is a guide with me.. I couldn't see the guide, but I heard them instructing me, and could feel their presence right behind me. This guide was telling me what to do and say to get rid of said entity, and I grew about 6 feet in height and man... I've never felt so powerful before or since. Anyway, we got rid of it and I still get chills hearing it's unearthly screeches and screams. The nightmares completely stopped after that. Then when I was about 20, I ran into my first tarot deck.. the Enchanted Tarot by Zerner and Farber. I didn't get seriously into reading and divination until about 24, but I could still "read people" just by simply tuning into their energy, I could see tons of things that had happened to them or that they'd done. I was having a session with a patient; she was telling me about her life and her loved ones ( that she lost in accidents); and I felt that the two people she was talking about were visiting the therapy session to assure her that they love her.I was overwhelmed by this feeling of love. I was always drawn to the psychic side of life but when I was 12 my mother told me I just read too many books and it was nonsense. So I stopped playing with tarot cards. I also collected stones from this one shop as well. When I got older I just brushed it off. Once day while I was scared that my my husband had a long travel, I placed my hand on his truck and prayed for him to have a safe trip. I saw in my minds eye his truck totaled. And two days later he wrecked and was fine but the truck was totaled. Years later I started going to Lillydale and on one particular occasion I was looking for someone specific so I closed my eyes and felt like I pushed out my energy to search for them and actually located them. When I say dawn later to speak with a medium they asked about my abilities... ones I didn’t know I had. And he told me how spit on I was when people asked for my advice, unknown to me I was reading them. I work as a nurse an never really knew why the rooms got heavy at times but I found out that I could tell when other spirits would come to this plane to take someone home. I could even tell other people when I though the patient would pass and was as close as 2 hours to the time. Hi there! All my life i have noticed synchronicities, vertigo, strange deafness in one ear and tunnel hearing in the other. Ive heard stern voices call my name in the middle of the night, spirits harassing me playing drum sets, extremely vivid dreams where I feel I've been woken in the middle of the night being dragged out of bed. Woken with crazy bruises all over my arms and legs. Recently I've heard a few new voices when I'm just about to fall asleep and when I'm just opening my eyes. I always brushed things off as me being crazy but I've just got this gut calling that I'm supposed to follow the medium/healer/shaman/etc path. I just have no idea where to even start. I do have an overwhelming desire to become a spiritual medium, I love helping people and have gone to spiritualist churches. A friend of mine bought me a crystal ball out of the blue, another a pendulum, and another a pack of other tarot cards, I do have a set of Romany cards to practice with out of a box set I bought from a book shop and I have always been fascinated by doing readings for people, I have practiced on friends also by doing psychometry, just holding their jewellry etc, something personal to them, I was told I am very good, although I have still not started to become a spirutual medium yet but I would love to. In the past I have done a spiritual healing course and performed spiritual healing on people in a spirtualist church, hearing the voice of spirit whilst doing so. My first “real” connection came about a year ago whilst I was hoovering up! I’m 42 but have experienced various things over the years, like prophetic dreams and synchronicities. I’ve also had my own and friends pets come to me in spirit. I think I’m still in denial though, largely because my mind is so busy with kids/dogs/life etc. I’m working on aligning myself better so I can actually use this gift.
I’ve always been connected with spirit. I was more of the odd/weird child growing up. It’s a long story of it all but for story sake, I’ve almost always been called, by friends and family, the “animal whisperer”. I have countless stories of animals allowing me to do things (such as healing or general handling) to them that they wouldn’t allow others to do. I have this weird way of communicating with them...I have always seen spirits and have had prophetic dreams. I come from a family of several generations that have had strong spiritual gifts but they never went to training to help them with their gift and we never really worked together to help teach each other until I had gotten older and have turned into the teacher for those around me...about 3 years ago I had the opportunity to do some farm work in exchange for reiki I & II classes. It opened a whole new level of my gifts and abilities! I have always been a counselor for friends, family and even people that I run into at odd places (such as the grocery store), and almost always have people coming to me for life advice and asking for meanings that they receive whether it be in dreams or waking state. Within the last 6 months to a year, I have had this really strong urge to get myself out there and continue with the reiki and as well as animal communication and maybe even a little psychic medium stuff and see where things go from there. I’m finding it hard to get to that jumping point. I live in an area where the spiritual world is still seen as a little weird to some (back near my home town/state it is much more accepted). I have a hard time trusting those that I don’t know for many reasons and want to keep myself safe, and I often am afraid that I will second guess myself or give the wrong info to a “client” when giving a reading. I’m not exactly at the right place financially to take more courses or to “pay” to get myself out there and don’t quite know where to go with things. At this point I want to take that next step forward and feel that I’m ready to start to get out there but just don’t know how to, as I feel that I’m not experienced enough to just put myself out there and yet I feel like the universe is practically screaming at me to do it! Has anyone else experienced something like this? These few months I’ve come out more to the world I’m a psychic medium. It’d been such a norm to me for such a long time that I don’t tell anything about what I see and feel on a daily basis because I was scared everyone would discover how crazy I am and could not accept myself how weird I am. Thank you, that was a great story! I am one of those that have been seeing & interacting w/ spirits from a young age. Mostly relatives, so It never scared me. A theme started in my late teens. I would be in a position of being near a person who was dying and they would be a fraid or at the scene of an accident where the people died and I saw their spirit rise and helped it to the light. It finally occurred to me that I am meant to be a rescue medium & even some of my animals do some rescue work too. I have 2 cats in spirit that always show up when an animal in the house will be passing soon, or help animals in natural disasters- they'll parade those animals thru my bedroom & into my White Light Portal, to show me what they are doing? And I have a dog that has adopted ALL the motherless pups in the spirit realm. I saw her buried in puppies and loving every moment of it.
I have been watching your videos over the last couple of days. I lost my momma September 25th. 3 days before my birthday. I have always been drawn to metaphysical things. I have seen apperations when I was a child. Could not speak until I was around 5 or 6. But I could speak to them. My littlest one is very much like me. She's on the spectrum. So she was non-verbal up until two years ago. Not to rant. My point being. I really feel lost with my mom leaving this world. The way she did. I know I have had very many things in this lifetime that I cannot deny is of spirit. All I want with every fiber of my being is to get back to where I can speak to my loved ones. My mom. I want my abilitys to develop and enhance. And I want to be able to have the option of passing the knowledge to my daughter's. So I thank you for your videos. In recent years after reconnecting with my spiritual journey I have had varying happenings ranging from kundakini awakening, seeing orbs and mists in my home to seeing a full apparition on two occasions of a young girl a couple of years ago. Last week after suddenly waking up from a dream I felt on the top of my head near my hairline three fingers one by one touching me which surprised me somewhat as it wasn't anyone living in my house doing it. Anyway, last night I was struggling to get to sleep and I felt energy rushes from my feet up my body, then within my head I heard voices, some were like in the background, definitely at least one male voice and others whispering but louder and further forward there was a female speaking but with all the chatter going on, I couldn't make out what any of them were saying and I remember saying in my head that I need bounderies with them talking to me . My eyes were closed as this went on and from behind closed lids I saw a female figure who was like a pencil drawing in gray shades but didn't recognise her, then I went back to sleep. On waking I remembered what had happened and so now I an not sure what to do next. My journey started with a vivid dream in which a close friend of mine who had recently passed appeared as a Smokey apparition at the foot of my bed at the time when I said hello to him he vanished after that I started questioning things and went to a spiritual church where I was told by 6 different mediums that I had that ability the rest is history

I just have this strong feeling about 5 years now that this is what im suppose to be doing. 1st when i lost my dad, but i thought I was crazy so pushed it to the back of my mind. Then 2 and a half years ago my partner passed so suddenly and so young, it threw me straight into a spiritual awakening. I love your channel! I am 25 I've been having premonitions since I was 16 I have very vivid dreams of deaths, pregnancies and all other sorts of things. I can see ghost and feel them. My grandmother also sees ghost and she has premonitions..I feel like this has been passed on from generations because I had a miscarriage in August and my two year old son used to always be obsessed with my belly and the pregnancy, at the time I was told I had a pregnancy hematoma and it was causing spotting but I was still pregnant..I was waiting on my results from my doctor about my ultrasound and my son was asleep next to me he didn't know what I was having but I did...and he woke up and put his hands on my belly ..I said baby in there? and smiled he looked at me with a straight face and told me "No she's gone shes not there" 😳 my son had no clue about the gender..the next day through my NIPT test results I found out my baby had died I had a missed miscarriage and didn't know it..

You're right! It does feel scary, spooky and crazy at first. You know that you're speaking with Spirit, yet there's a part of you that doesn't believe it. As you embrace and open up to your gifts, magic happens. Opening up to the Spirit world certainly lead me on a journey I never would have anticipated.

Hi Nicole, I have long known, claircognizantly, that I would be practicing mediumship because of the information that I have an unfinished past life business as a medium :-). But I just don't know how I'm going to begin it. For the past 3 years, I have been watching UA-cam videos of prominent mediums in the US on and off. But funnily, as I was about to begin to continue that "interest" in UA-cam where I left, I was led by my Spirit Guide to your above video. Eureka !!! My Spirit Guide gave me the answer through your video. I would be doing mediumship through reading Lenormand cards despite the fact that I'm a certified Tarot Master !!!! I thought I would end up giving mediumship directly, but my Spirit Guide said "No" because according to him mediumship via Lenormand card reading would not scare off my prospective clients. I have been blessed I guess with this gift and I have been suppression it for years, as being raised Catholic, I could predict somebody is going to die my family and I don't know who cuz my gut instinct which is my intuition told me so.... next morning I was awoken by my Mom that my Aunt had passed away.. The day before that I felt so strong that someone whom I knew was going to pass.... Nobody could tell me what was going on....I had shared my feeling so strong.... and my gut instinct wouldn't stop. I think coming close to death can help you connect with Spirit. I almost died when I was 4 or 5 from fever. I had to be rushed to the hospital and back then they liked to give ice baths which doctors today know can cause shock. After I left the hospital my temperature started to spike again as I layed on the couch. I felt a coldness I had never felt in my bones. My body was tired from not eating or sleeping so I began to feel the most overwhelmingly feeling that my body was going to give out and if I had let go just a little bit from fighting to keep my body, I felt like I would have lost it. I knew it was the feeling of death because when it comes there is no mistake in that feeling. I kept asking my parents if I was going to die even though I was too young too have even understood really what death was. My Uncle died a some years ago and it was almost like something whispered to him that he was going to die because he knew months before his health took a dive. My Uncle wanted to talk about his death to my Aunt to get her prepared but she wanted no part of it. One night I was visiting my Uncle and he wanted to talk about his death. I tried to tell him that he was looking good and that I didn't believe he was going to die but he insisted that we have this cryptic, morbid conversation so I figured I would finally oblige him. I asked him how he knew he was dying but he just couldn't put it into words and so I remember when I almost died so I asked him if he felt a wicked coldness, if he was overwhelmingly tired, in pain and felt like his body would give out and he said Yes with a huge certainty in his voice. My uncle asked me "how do you know"? I then reminded him about my chickenpox story. As a child I used to visit my family in Kalamazoo MI and be extremely ignored! I didn't mind being ignored. I used to sit in the pitch black dark watching my family and it had occurred to me that this is what Spirit must feel or be like. I have no control over what I see or hear. I know I have the ability to connect with people and with spiritual things. I did not choose the ability of sight and I have no control over when I make some kind of connection so how could this be evil or against God? I believe I was meant to know things for a reason because if God didn't want people to have these abilities then why do we have them. The Bible is wrong about certain things. Animals do have a Spirit and spirits can walk this earth and our love one's that have passed which I call Visitors do pop in from time to time, sometimes even showing themselves in white light or giving the smell of Rose's or flowers.
So far, our stories are similar. I used Doreen Virtue Angel Cards, felt tingles in my hands, it was like energy going into my hands before the cards and it was like I was seeing the energy as golden both in my third eye and with physical eyes. Then I had a time when I was giving a reading with the same cards and had a "yesss" whispered into my ear.
Mine came from the day or so after I looked into my spirit guides. I had been to the library and was reading up on Sylvia browne and the relationship connected with her guides and i was eager and perhaps slightly cautious to connect with them. She was talking about getting candles and having them as say protection? Anyway I decided to just one day ask out loud and not just they responded, but so did my body (connection with my higher self before I was aware that it was my higher self)

When I was younger out of emotions, I told two people how they would die, and they did. I was also would see a man he was a figure but I was scared anyway I never understood it so I blocked it I guess. After all these yrs now I'm being led to it. I've had dreams that came true and I hear spirits talk to me before. A couple of times when I was wide awake other times when I was in between being asleep and awake. During that state I believe I heard a man speaking to me. He told me that my dog had to use the bathroom and he said something else. When I realized that I wasn't dreaming and this was a man speaking to me in my mind I yanked myself awake and I saw my dog laying on my bed staring at me. She really did had to go outside. Lol. Does this mean I'm a psychic or a medium? I doubt it. But I do want to open myself up more.

I usually see spirit in dreams now. When I was younger it was different. But one dream I had recently I was walking down a path with my daughter and I felt someone behind us. So I told my daughter to walk faster. Usually in dreams you don’t have the person or thing catch up, but whoever was walking behind us caught up. I stopped and said what do you want? He said, “You can hear me?” He looked confused, but he was dark. I couldn’t see his face clearly like I usually can. But anyway, while he was trying to figure whatever out, my daughter and I started walking again and he gave chase and asked me to wait please. I just kept walking. I knew it was a spirit because I get a different feeling when a spirit comes through versus just a character in a dream. Like when my Mom came through after she passed she scared the crap out of me, but I have had other dreams where I felt like she was just a character and it wasn’t her really. You get me?

I too opened my mediumship abilities through tarot! Strangely though things just stopped. Like my gifts went dormant, and im not talking like a week or two. Its been months 😞. Hello, I am just beginning my spiritual journey and love your energy and of course your channel ❤️ I was told I am a medium during a reading and was told about my spirit guide who is a Viking which I think is really cool lol. since then I have been getting visions and started dowsing, a tarot card reading course and reading books and watching videos, my favorites are you, Martin Twycross and Pat Longo (I love her book, The gifts beneath your anxiety. I think it is incredible) and doing a few online courses to help me find my calling. I have noticed a lot about myself on my journey and want to be sure of myself and my abilities first so I can better help others.
Holy crud!!! I'm seriously shocked after listening to your journey and I can honestly relate to this. The only difference was that I believe this has been going on since I was a child and it must've started to hit me at the age of 13. I had a dream about my grandmother a day or two after she past away and her hair looked white besides her having her black hair and the only time I saw any white or greys was on her roots before she past away. Next 8 years later, it started with a Ouija board that I played with two former friends and that turned out to be a first bad experience. And so on... I have had an experience that I share with others, but it's freaky weird and others thst have had similar experiences tell me if you say it out loud, people will think you're crazy. I hope you will do a video on this. I haven't slept eith the lights out since last September (2018). I looked this up on the internet and another woman explained the same thing to the T. My brother died on Sept 11, 2007 about 2:30 in the morning from bladder cancer caused by agent Orange. He went through about 2 years of being sick. It was dreadful to watch knowing he was going to due. So on Sept 11, 2018, I had a tearful day and posted memories of him about 2:30 a.m. Then I said out loud, "You know you can always talk to me." Then I went to bed. Lights out and just in a semi sleep (slumber) I suddenly heard a lot of people and confusion like I had just walked into a party of people. Then the noise quickly stopped and I felt something lay down right up next to my back and put an arm over me. It felt like a low electrical current; an energy. But not thinking, I picked up this hand that felt like fingers, but with a vibration to it and began rubbing it. I then realized something was very strange and got scared and hollered "help!" but nothing came put of my mouth and then it was gone. Can you help me with this?

I would encourage you to purchase any books by the mediums you enjoy, because all of them will have a different nugget of wisdom or insight that will help you on your own path.
Hello, i ended up hear because i have dreams or even days dreams of things that are true like describing a friends new car before they show it to me dreaming of danger that could potentially happen to friends and their kids with a boyfriend or love interest my grandmother had a stroke i was out of state age came to me in a dream not speaking looking sad i thought it was weird called my family she had had a stroke and couldn’t speak i hear voices when im waking up out of sleep sometimes and when i fully awaken it goes away its always like an I bought taro cards and i played with them maybe 3 or 4 times and i read people so accurate what is going on

Nice! I have been reading Tarot for years but need to focus more. I have had a few instances on being right on with friends and family but hard to read for myself. I think I am more Clairaudience I hear things sometimes and think did I hear that. lol I look out the window to see if it was neighbors or others reasons and most times can not debunk it. So yes I do believe we all have ability just maybe hard to overcome our conditioning as adults to only believe in what your eyes see and what is socially acceptable. Hugs.
Social conditioning is very hard to overcome. Have you ever looked into EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)? It's easy to do and can help you to overcome PTSD, poor programming, and help to increase your self-confidence, too. I highly recommend it!
Does developing psychic abilities have something to do with symbols? Last year I used to philosophize a lot and when I’d close my eyes I’d see visions and hear music and voices pertaining to a thought, experience or feeling I was having. Never really thought of trying to read someone though and it was only when I’d close my eyes. That all disappeared when I was put on psychiatric medications and went to the hospital though.
I always think I have something special, but always ignore it. Spirits seems to visit me in my dreams. School mates and people I know that had passed away. I even dreamed of a person dying in my dream before they actually die. I am still kinda scared of the responsibilities of a medium.

Thanks for this video. I do have a question, I do have experiences with spirits but there is a particular experience that I'd like help with. On 2 different occasions 2 different spirit came to me and asked me to cross them over. I didn't do well the 1st time but the 2nd time I just kept telling them to go into the light. When I was about 4 or 5 I seen my uncles spirit learn his body, I said to my mom look there goes uncle jimmy, my mom said where I said up there and pointed as his spirit was leaving his body rising up. I watched a video on connecting with loved ones that have passed and this is one of the many forms they pass messages to the living. Incidently as a child I vividly remember seeing a woman on my bedroom wall, she appeared at times and disappeared. Coupled with this I saw spirit beings, the death of my stepfather, I see spirits inside my home periodically throughout the day and night. My mom died over 25 years ago, I had just turned 20, I was a new mother of a 1 month old and I was in a very abusive relationship. My mother USE to come to me in my dreams but I was extremely hurt and angered by her passing at a time when I needed her most. Oh, goodness. What a wonderful story. A similar thing happened to me in that I ‘accidentally’ realised I was tuning into the spirit world while reading tarot (I began reading tarot just because I was curious.) After a month or two I was playing around with the cards after a meditation session when I ‘saw’ my cousin in my minds eye and wondered why I might be seeing him. The card I was looking at was ‘the hermit’ card and in the deck I was using he holds the grim reapers staff, so I kind of freaked out thinking ‘oh no! Is my cousin going to die?’ The next thing I new, I was ‘seeing’ and ‘feeling the energy of’ a man (a friend of someone I know) who had died 6 months previously. He had the same name as the cousin I had ‘seen’. A conversation happened after that where I used the cards to fill in the gaps of things I couldn’t ‘see’ or ‘hear’ clearly. Goodness me. I still find it hard to believe, however the flood gates now seem to have opened and I am intuitively reading tarot as though I’ve done it my whole life. 😂 With that said, even though there seems to have been a RIDICULOUS amount of accuracy happening, I am STILL having trouble believing. It’s just all so magical. 😂☺️So I was wondering: how did you start trusting that your abilities were ‘real’? I’m curious because I’m so hoping I’ll be brave enough to let myself believe fully sooner rather than later. ☺️💕
I had such a huge smile on my face reading your story because I can totally relate!!! The best advice I can give is to keep reading for others. As you continue to practice, your faith and confidence will continue to build. You'll be wrong sometimes (no one is ever 100% accurate) but I'm sure you'll notice that your right more often than not.
Also, keep a journal of all the amazing, magical experiences you have, whether they are related to tarot or not. Going back and reading through these wonderful stories will jump-start your faith when you begin to doubt yourself or your abilities.

My experience started when I was 4ish.. I heard my dad calling me from my mom's room, so naturally I was excited because my dad didn't live with me. Went to my mom's room and the voice turned into a growling whisper that said.. Jessssica, it's your DAD.
I didn't understand what it was at the time, but that started an entire childhood of being messed with by negative entities.
Things came to an peak during the first part of my awakening at 17. I had been having sleep paralysis every night and dreams that this entity that looked like the Baghul demon (that movie wasn't even out at the time, so I think that particular entity is real) would chase me around a decrepit plane of existence.
I found my inner voice and during this experience I had what I believe is a guide with me.. I couldn't see the guide, but I heard them instructing me, and could feel their presence right behind me. This guide was telling me what to do and say to get rid of said entity, and I grew about 6 feet in height and man... I've never felt so powerful before or since.
Anyway, we got rid of it and I still get chills hearing it's unearthly screeches and screams.
The nightmares completely stopped after that.
Then when I was about 20, I ran into my first tarot deck.. the Enchanted Tarot by Zerner and Farber.
I didn't get seriously into reading and divination until about 24, but I could still "read people" just by simply tuning into their energy, I could see tons of things that had happened to them or that they'd done.

I was having a session with a patient; she was telling me about her life and her loved ones ( that she lost in accidents); and I felt that the two people she was talking about were visiting the therapy session to assure her that they love her.I was overwhelmed by this feeling of love. Movies have done something terrible to our minds. I'm a medium, but I don't know how to overcome the feeling of fear when I think about spirits
I was always drawn to the psychic side of life but when I was 12 my mother told me I just read too many books and it was nonsense. So I stopped playing with tarot cards. I also collected stones from this one shop as well. When I got older I just brushed it off. Once day while I was scared that my my husband had a long travel, I placed my hand on his truck and prayed for him to have a safe trip. I saw in my minds eye his truck totaled. And two days later he wrecked and was fine but the truck was totaled. Years later I started going to Lillydale and on one particular occasion I was looking for someone specific so I closed my eyes and felt like I pushed out my energy to search for them and actually located them. When I say dawn later to speak with a medium they asked about my abilities... ones I didn’t know I had. And he told me how spit on I was when people asked for my advice, unknown to me I was reading them. I work as a nurse an never really knew why the rooms got heavy at times but I found out that I could tell when other spirits would come to this plane to take someone home. I could even tell other people when I though the patient would pass and was as close as 2 hours to the time. I went to an IET session and the lady who was working with me said your a medium did you know that? Without even knowing who I am . So now I’m working on my spiritual journey to learn about my gifts
Hi there! All my life i have noticed synchronicities, vertigo, strange deafness in one ear and tunnel hearing in the other. Ive heard stern voices call my name in the middle of the night, spirits harassing me playing drum sets, extremely vivid dreams where I feel I've been woken in the middle of the night being dragged out of bed. Woken with crazy bruises all over my arms and legs. Recently I've heard a few new voices when I'm just about to fall asleep and when I'm just opening my eyes. I always brushed things off as me being crazy but I've just got this gut calling that I'm supposed to follow the medium/healer/shaman/etc path. I just have no idea where to even start. I do have an overwhelming desire to become a spiritual medium, I love helping people and have gone to spiritualist churches. A friend of mine bought me a crystal ball out of the blue, another a pendulum, and another a pack of other tarot cards, I do have a set of Romany cards to practice with out of a box set I bought from a book shop and I have always been fascinated by doing readings for people, I have practiced on friends also by doing psychometry, just holding their jewellry etc, something personal to them, I was told I am very good, although I have still not started to become a spirutual medium yet but I would love to. In the past I have done a spiritual healing course and performed spiritual healing on people in a spirtualist church, hearing the voice of spirit whilst doing so. I have sat in circle, I have to say, I found your video very inspiring and thanks so much for sharing your knowledge, it's lovely of you to do this to help others like me take the leap, thank you.
My first “real” connection came about a year ago whilst I was hoovering up! I’m 42 but have experienced various things over the years, like prophetic dreams and synchronicities. I’ve also had my own and friends pets come to me in spirit. I think I’m still in denial though, largely because my mind is so busy with kids/dogs/life etc. I’m working on aligning myself better so I can actually use this gift.
I’ve always been connected with spirit. I was more of the odd/weird child growing up. It’s a long story of it all but for story sake, I’ve almost always been called, by friends and family, the “animal whisperer”. I have countless stories of animals allowing me to do things (such as healing or general handling) to them that they wouldn’t allow others to do. I have this weird way of communicating with them...I have always seen spirits and have had prophetic dreams. I come from a family of several generations that have had strong spiritual gifts but they never went to training to help them with their gift and we never really worked together to help teach each other until I had gotten older and have turned into the teacher for those around me...about 3 years ago I had the opportunity to do some farm work in exchange for reiki I & II classes. It opened a whole new level of my gifts and abilities! I have always been a counselor for friends, family and even people that I run into at odd places (such as the grocery store), and almost always have people coming to me for life advice and asking for meanings that they receive whether it be in dreams or waking state. Within the last 6 months to a year, I have had this really strong urge to get myself out there and continue with the reiki and as well as animal communication and maybe even a little psychic medium stuff and see where things go from there. I’m finding it hard to get to that jumping point. I live in an area where the spiritual world is still seen as a little weird to some (back near my home town/state it is much more accepted). I have a hard time trusting those that I don’t know for many reasons and want to keep myself safe, and I often am afraid that I will second guess myself or give the wrong info to a “client” when giving a reading. I’m not exactly at the right place financially to take more courses or to “pay” to get myself out there and don’t quite know where to go with things. At this point I want to take that next step forward and feel that I’m ready to start to get out there but just don’t know how to, as I feel that I’m not experienced enough to just put myself out there and yet I feel like the universe is practically screaming at me to do it! Has anyone else experienced something like this? I am one of those that have been seeing & interacting w/ spirits from a young age. Mostly relatives, so It never scared me. A theme started in my late teens. I would be in a position of being near a person who was dying and they would be a fraid or at the scene of an accident where the people died and I saw their spirit rise and helped it to the light.
It finally occurred to me that I am meant to be a rescue medium & even some of my animals do some rescue work too. I have 2 cats in spirit that always show up when an animal in the house will be passing soon, or help animals in natural disasters- they'll parade those animals thru my bedroom & into my White Light Portal, to show me what they are doing? And I have a dog that has adopted ALL the motherless pups in the spirit realm. I saw her buried in puppies and loving every moment of it.
I have been watching your videos over the last couple of days. I lost my momma September 25th. 3 days before my birthday. I have always been drawn to metaphysical things. I have seen apperations when I was a child. Could not speak until I was around 5 or 6. But I could speak to them. My littlest one is very much like me. She's on the spectrum. So she was non-verbal up until two years ago. Not to rant. My point being. I really feel lost with my mom leaving this world. The way she did. I know I have had very many things in this lifetime that I cannot deny is of spirit. All I want with every fiber of my being is to get back to where I can speak to my loved ones. My mom. I want my abilitys to develop and enhance. And I want to be able to have the option of passing the knowledge to my daughter's. So I thank you for your videos. In recent years after reconnecting with my spiritual journey I have had varying happenings ranging from kundakini awakening, seeing orbs and mists in my home to seeing a full apparition on two occasions of a young girl a couple of years ago.
Last week after suddenly waking up from a dream I felt on the top of my head near my hairline three fingers one by one touching me which surprised me somewhat as it wasn't anyone living in my house doing it. Anyway, last night I was struggling to get to sleep and I felt energy rushes from my feet up my body, then within my head I heard voices, some were like in the background, definitely at least one male voice and others whispering but louder and further forward there was a female speaking but with all the chatter going on, I couldn't make out what any of them were saying and I remember saying in my head that I need bounderies with them talking to me . My eyes were closed as this went on and from behind closed lids I saw a female figure who was like a pencil drawing in gray shades but didn't recognise her, then I went back to sleep. On waking I remembered what had happened and so now I an not sure what to do next.
Sorry for the long story, I wondered if you had any advice that I could follow please, much appreciated for any help.

I love your channel! I am 25 I've been having premonitions since I was 16 I have very vivid dreams of deaths, pregnancies and all other sorts of things. I can see ghost and feel them. My grandmother also sees ghost and she has premonitions..I feel like this has been passed on from generations because I had a miscarriage in August and my two year old son used to always be obsessed with my belly and the pregnancy, at the time I was told I had a pregnancy hematoma and it was causing spotting but I was still pregnant..I was waiting on my results from my doctor about my ultrasound and my son was asleep next to me he didn't know what I was having but I did...and he woke up and put his hands on my belly ..I said baby in there? and smiled he looked at me with a straight face and told me "No she's gone shes not there" 😳 my son had no clue about the gender..the next day through my NIPT test results I found out my baby had died I had a missed miscarriage and didn't know it..

You're right! It does feel scary, spooky and crazy at first. You know that you're speaking with Spirit, yet there's a part of you that doesn't believe it. As you embrace and open up to your gifts, magic happens. Opening up to the Spirit world certainly lead me on a journey I never would have anticipated.

I have long known, claircognizantly, that I would be practicing mediumship because of the information that I have an unfinished past life business as a medium :-). But I just don't know how I'm going to begin it. For the past 3 years, I have been watching UA-cam videos of prominent mediums in the US on and off. But funnily, as I was about to begin to continue that "interest" in UA-cam where I left, I was led by my Spirit Guide to your above video.
Eureka !!! My Spirit Guide gave me the answer through your video. I would be doing mediumship through reading Lenormand cards despite the fact that I'm a certified Tarot Master !!!! I thought I would end up giving mediumship directly, but my Spirit Guide said "No" because according to him mediumship via Lenormand card reading would not scare off my prospective clients.

I have been blessed I guess with this gift and I have been suppression it for years, as being raised Catholic, I could predict somebody is going to die my family and I don't know who cuz my gut instinct which is my intuition told me so.... next morning I was awoken by my Mom that my Aunt had passed away.. I think coming close to death can help you connect with Spirit. I almost died when I was 4 or 5 from fever. I had to be rushed to the hospital and back then they liked to give ice baths which doctors today know can cause shock. After I left the hospital my temperature started to spike again as I layed on the couch. I felt a coldness I had never felt in my bones. My body was tired from not eating or sleeping so I began to feel the most overwhelmingly feeling that my body was going to give out and if I had let go just a little bit from fighting to keep my body, I felt like I would have lost it. I knew it was the feeling of death because when it comes there is no mistake in that feeling. I kept asking my parents if I was going to die even though I was too young too have even understood really what death was. My Uncle died a some years ago and it was almost like something whispered to him that he was going to die because he knew months before his health took a dive. My Uncle wanted to talk about his death to my Aunt to get her prepared but she wanted no part of it. One night I was visiting my Uncle and he wanted to talk about his death. I tried to tell him that he was looking good and that I didn't believe he was going to die but he insisted that we have this cryptic, morbid conversation so I figured I would finally oblige him. I asked him how he knew he was dying but he just couldn't put it into words and so I remember when I almost died so I asked him if he felt a wicked coldness, if he was overwhelmingly tired, in pain and felt like his body would give out and he said Yes with a huge certainty in his voice. My uncle asked me "how do you know"? I then reminded him about my chickenpox story.
As a child I used to visit my family in Kalamazoo MI and be extremely ignored! I didn't mind being ignored. I used to sit in the pitch black dark watching my family and it had occurred to me that this is what Spirit must feel or be like. I have no control over what I see or hear. I know I have the ability to connect with people and with spiritual things. I did not choose the ability of sight and I have no control over when I make some kind of connection so how could this be evil or against God? I believe I was meant to know things for a reason because if God didn't want people to have these abilities then why do we have them. The Bible is wrong about certain things. Animals do have a Spirit and spirits can walk this earth and our love one's that have passed which I call Visitors do pop in from time to time, sometimes even showing themselves in white light or giving the smell of Rose's or flowers.
So far, our stories are similar. I used Doreen Virtue Angel Cards, felt tingles in my hands, it was like energy going into my hands before the cards and it was like I was seeing the energy as golden both in my third eye and with physical eyes. Then I had a time when I was giving a reading with the same cards and had a "yesss" whispered into my ear.
Mine came from the day or so after I looked into my spirit guides. I had been to the library and was reading up on Sylvia browne and the relationship connected with her guides and i was eager and perhaps slightly cautious to connect with them. She was talking about getting candles and having them as say protection? Anyway I decided to just one day ask out loud and not just they responded, but so did my body (connection with my higher self before I was aware that it was my higher self)
I have a question what type of pyshic am I of I can walk into a room or house or buliding and feel the energy the vibration of the place and just know that there is a spirit there for a fact and someone passed away there and go right to the area where they passed away at? I've had dreams that came true and I hear spirits talk to me before. A couple of times when I was wide awake other times when I was in between being asleep and awake. During that state I believe I heard a man speaking to me. He told me that my dog had to use the bathroom and he said something else. When I realized that I wasn't dreaming and this was a man speaking to me in my mind I yanked myself awake and I saw my dog laying on my bed staring at me. She really did had to go outside. Lol. I usually see spirit in dreams now. When I was younger it was different. But one dream I had recently I was walking down a path with my daughter and I felt someone behind us. So I told my daughter to walk faster. Usually in dreams you don’t have the person or thing catch up, but whoever was walking behind us caught up. I stopped and said what do you want? He said, “You can hear me?” He looked confused, but he was dark. I couldn’t see his face clearly like I usually can. But anyway, while he was trying to figure whatever out, my daughter and I started walking again and he gave chase and asked me to wait please. I just kept walking. I knew it was a spirit because I get a different feeling when a spirit comes through versus just a character in a dream. Like when my Mom came through after she passed she scared the crap out of me, but I have had other dreams where I felt like she was just a character and it wasn’t her really. You get me?

Hello, I am just beginning my spiritual journey and love your energy and of course your channel ❤️ I was told I am a medium during a reading and was told about my spirit guide who is a Viking which I think is really cool lol. since then I have been getting visions and started dowsing, a tarot card reading course and reading books and watching videos, my favorites are you, Martin Twycross and Pat Longo (I love her book, The gifts beneath your anxiety. I think it is incredible) and doing a few online courses to help me find my calling. The only difference was that I believe this has been going on since I was a child and it must've started to hit me at the age of 13. I had a dream about my grandmother a day or two after she past away and her hair looked white besides her having her black hair and the only time I saw any white or greys was on her roots before she past away. I have had an experience that I share with others, but it's freaky weird and others thst have had similar experiences tell me if you say it out loud, people will think you're crazy. I hope you will do a video on this. I haven't slept eith the lights out since last September (2018). I looked this up on the internet and another woman explained the same thing to the T. My brother died on Sept 11, 2007 about 2:30 in the morning from bladder cancer caused by agent Orange. He went through about 2 years of being sick. It was dreadful to watch knowing he was going to due. So on Sept 11, 2018, I had a tearful day and posted memories of him about 2:30 a.m. Then I said out loud, "You know you can always talk to me." Then I went to bed. Lights out and just in a semi sleep (slumber) I suddenly heard a lot of people and confusion like I had just walked into a party of people. Then the noise quickly stopped and I felt something lay down right up next to my back and put an arm over me. It felt like a low electrical current; an energy. But not thinking, I picked up this hand that felt like fingers, but with a vibration to it and began rubbing it. I then realized something was very strange and got scared and hollered "help!" but nothing came put of my mouth and then it was gone. Can you help me with this?

Gordon Smith has some good books on mediumship. I can't remember the name of them though. And Allison Dubois has a couple too. I would encourage you to purchase any books by the mediums you enjoy, because all of them will have a different nugget of wisdom or insight that will help you on your own path.

Nice! I have been reading Tarot for years but need to focus more. I have had a few instances on being right on with friends and family but hard to read for myself. I think I am more Clairaudience I hear things sometimes and think did I hear that. lol I look out the window to see if it was neighbors or others reasons and most times can not debunk it. So yes I do believe we all have ability just maybe hard to overcome our conditioning as adults to only believe in what your eyes see and what is socially acceptable. Hugs.
Social conditioning is very hard to overcome. Have you ever looked into EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)? It's easy to do and can help you to overcome PTSD, poor programming, and help to increase your self-confidence, too. I highly recommend it!

Does developing psychic abilities have something to do with symbols? Last year I used to philosophize a lot and when I’d close my eyes I’d see visions and hear music and voices pertaining to a thought, experience or feeling I was having. Never really thought of trying to read someone though and it was only when I’d close my eyes. That all disappeared when I was put on psychiatric medications and went to the hospital though.
I always think I have something special, but always ignore it. Spirits seems to visit me in my dreams. School mates and people I know that had passed away. I even dreamed of a person dying in my dream before they actually die. I am still kinda scared of the responsibilities of a medium.

When I was about 4 or 5 I seen my uncles spirit learn his body, I said to my mom look there goes uncle jimmy, my mom said where I said up there and pointed as his spirit was leaving his body rising up. Glad to have explored and searched for the meaning of seeing writing on the wall.
I watched a video on connecting with loved ones that have passed and this is one of the many forms they pass messages to the living.
Incidently as a child I vividly remember seeing a woman on my bedroom wall, she appeared at times and disappeared. Coupled with this I saw spirit beings, the death of my stepfather, I see spirits inside my home periodically throughout the day and night.
Question
Does anyone know what the meaning of being in a deep sleep and sensing the presence of spirit right next to your bed or right next to your head. You cannot open your eyes, you cannot speak and you cannot move.
My body quivers and becomes like a tingling sensation all over.
At other times I sleep and the ringing in my ears is so loud it wakes me. This happens several times throughout the night.

What an amazing video. I have communicated with spirits also by total accident. However, it is very emotional for me. I try to ignore the spirits that try to come through as the emotion is overwhelming. Do you have any advise on how to minimize or help with this highly emotional and overwhelming sensation?

My mom died over 25 years ago, I had just turned 20, I was a new mother of a 1 month old and I was in a very abusive relationship. My mother USE to come to me in my dreams but I was extremely hurt and angered by her passing at a time when I needed her most. I never tried to contact her until as of lately but I think she is keeping her distance bc of how harsh I was towards her in my dreams but I’ve healed from the trauma and I forgive her.
