Angela Yee, co-host of popular radio show The Breakfast Club, has left the show to start her own nationally syndicated program, an opportunity that Charlamagne believes would be hard for anyone to refuse. DJ Envy also suggests that Yee's departure was motivated by her ambition for ownership and freedom in what she does, something she proved capable of during her stint on Sirius. Envy also debunked claims that Yee was the only female staff member of the Breakfast Club, mentioning multiple women involved in the production. Not necessarily. Radio is a dying platform. You would have to look at her viewership to determine whetherits a success or not. Add her personal freedom to create her content whenever she sees fit. She gets interview who she wants. Add that to the freedom she has to do OTHER things outside of her show. Sounds like a W to me.

I think Yee saw the moves that envy and ctg were doing outside of the show and got a little jealous. During the show her personality was barely there because envy and ctg sucks up so much of the oxygen in the room. Her leaving showed all of us that she was easily replaceable. They got bigger.

at my workplace (corporate job) people leave average after 2-3 years. I don't see anything wrong with her leaving after so many years
I’m new to HR and I just had a meeting when I told recruiters to stop passing applicants who they assume job hop or unstable bc they leave a job every 2-3 years. I wanted them to understand it’s many factors and we were changing that ASAP
