Why dont you put the liner in the window recess first and put the window in after on top of the liner?
I wonder if liner repair tape would work well around the window with a more finished look?
What sealant did you use here?
Is box weld a better than liner but cheaper than fibre glass, how ease would it be to install a window in an established pond ?

Brill vid I'm gonna do a box welded liner block pond around march time and not seen the blocks cut on other vids like this and was wondering if that could be done and you've just answered it I've emailed you for a quote on liner and a window

Why use sealant on the flange? It's not holding any water back surely, that's all taken care with the join between the liner and the bottom drain.
Ive noticed the liner seems a little big should i order it say little smaller than the actual measurements of the pond ?
If the pond is square it will fit perfectly, just supply as accurate measurements as you can for the best fit
How long does it need to be left before you can fill after installing a window this way ?
We advise 48 hours minimum

Can any glue be used to stick the pond linner?

Why don’t you cut the underlay round the bottom drain, before fitting the liner?
Hi, by the time you've got the liner in after it tends to move the underlay a bit, it's not very hard doing it this way and saves taking it all out and getting creases in underlay if you mess it up.

When I used underlay on mine I cut it around the bottom drain first then used sorry glue to hold it in place worked a treat 👍🏻
