Happy New Year everyone! It's just a blessing to see a new day, much less a new year. The support was real all through 2021, let's grow this channel bigger and and better in 2022! Love you guys mahn😭💛
It 2024 and I wanted to know why my hair was feeling dry after using the the daily moisture and coconut! I didn't even check the ingredients lol. Thanks for the video
Than you for your review. I disagree but it depends on what you are looking in a product. My hair is thick and requires moisture daily, and I use this product with carrots oil to seal and I am very satisfied.
Great video, and thanks for sharing. I also have the same issues with coconut oil. I have tried to give it a chance on my last two wash days but it’s still a no sadly.
Wow. I picked up the max moisture daily lotion thinking It would fine but my hair felt like straw.. surprisingly ors olive oil with infused castor oil has been way more moisturizing. My hair also doesnt like coconut oil. Really disappointing for me.
The deep conditioner made my hair soft tbh . It was okay my hair was a little dry and breaking due to me not wearing scarves and being lazy . But yeah gonna try the shampoo next .
👋🏽 🤔👉You may have hard water. Get a filter, chelating shampoo, heated deep condition with the ORS max moisture 10 minutes, use the leave in, air dry & Smile about your new silky hair 🥳🎉😊💗🤩👍🏽
Great in depth review! I've been eyeballing these products and I think the leave-in might be ok for me..but the hair lotion is a HUGE no because my hair does not like coconut oil either🙅♀️ Thanks for the heads-up on that!
I've been meaning to try this line for the longest while, so I wanted a review of the projects. I think I'll just stick with the deep conditioner and the leave in. I'd probably buy the shampoo too just to use them together, but there's nothing else that I think I should be wasting my money on. Thanks for the review!
I have wavy hair and no matter what conditioner I use, when my hair dries it becomes so hard and crunchy. So after I showered today with conditioner, I applied the leave in conditioner to my wet/damp hair and omg my hair is so soft after it fully dried! I don’t think I’ll try the rest of the product line since the leave in conditioner does what I needed it to do, but I’m just glad I finally found what I needed!
I agree with you girl. the ors lotion (rice water version) dried my hair out so much I realized after using a quarter of the bottle that it was the product!! The original is way better
Nice review Dena… I have the deep conditioner and I like it… I use it when I’m not sure what my hair is really needing at the time… it’s a nice balance of moisture and protein for my hair… my hair likes coconut oil but I’m not sure If I wanna try the hair lotion…
Your water may be the problem. Hard water. Get a filter, use a chelating shampoo, use the ORS max moisture deep conditioner under heat for 10 minutes. That should change everything! Voila 🎉😊
Yes it’s great on my relaxed hair (feels amazing) but trying to going natural now & guessing my hair is ah lil damage cus it feels ah lil over process for the conditioner on on parts of my hair 😫 love the shampoo 👍🏽
I tried this have 4a low porosity hair and this made small pieces or hair strands come out of my hair and idk why 😭 I really wanted to give it a try but it scares me
I tried the leave in conditioner on my relaxed hair since it was so raved about ! Used it while my hair was wet it had great slip . Soon as it dried straight brittle, shedding and tangled badly a true set back. Too much protein 😩 I took it back the next day!!
You know what, someone just called me and told me the same thing 😯 I don't utilize leave ins on their own. I always follow up with my moisturizer and oils.
You may have hard water. Get a filter, chelating shampoo, heated deep condition with the ORS max moisture 10 minutes, use the leave in, air dry & Smile about your new silky hair 🥳🎉😊💗🤩👍🏽

Thanks for sharing this review I might try out these products in the future. Love the detail of each products. I am not a fan of high fragrance products. It is quit difficult to find products that do not contain protein. I think ORS should really think about carrying a protein free product line in the future. You did well on this review. See you in the next one DenaJ🙋🏾♀️👍🏾😊
Hey Meka. It's defo a challenge finding protein free products. My absolute fav moisturiser has in protein, but it doesn't feel that way at all. I suppose it depends on the type of protein and the amount that's in the product.
The only product i use from this line is the deep conditioner. I gave away the shampoo, leave in and the lotion. When i used the full line my hair felt dry and that was a no for me.
@@DenaJ too much protein spreads across the line that is marketed as moisture based. My hair does not do well with too much protein and though light in each product in the line by the time you finish washing through to using the lotion too much protein on my hair. But the deep conditioner does sink into my strands which i really like. So i stick with it.
I was gonna try either the leave-in or the daily lotion, but after seeing the comments and listening to your review, I think I better not 😅 It truly is such a risky line. That comment that said that the leave-in had so much slip, but dried up their hair...that almost always happens to me. Too much of a risk 🏃🏽♀️🏃🏽♀️🏃🏽♀️

I would agree; I dont understand their lotion at all. Its so drying. Everything else in the line is amazing

Yup, it's the aged saying 'what works for me, may not work for you..'. It's not a matter of who's wrong or right, but rather what works for your hair.
Great video, and thanks for sharing. I also have the same issues with coconut oil. I have tried to give it a chance on my last two wash days but it’s still a no sadly.
Some things just won't work for our hair, no matter how many chances we give them. And that's OK.
Wow. I picked up the max moisture daily lotion thinking It would fine but my hair felt like straw.. surprisingly ors olive oil with infused castor oil has been way more moisturizing. My hair also doesnt like coconut oil. Really disappointing for me.
I know right. I had such high hopes for this line...
The deep conditioner made my hair soft tbh . It was okay my hair was a little dry and breaking due to me not wearing scarves and being lazy . But yeah gonna try the shampoo next .
How much is the product
I love the leave in my hair was so dry and leaves it soft and hydrated…I couldn’t find anything for my curly hair without drying my scalp out
ahh this doesn't penetrate my tarn and you said it the coconut oil just sits on my hair the original ors is way better for thicker low porosity hair

😉 No probs girl
The leave in is sooooo moisturizing, and it gives amazing slip
🥳👏🏽🤩💗4b\C hair girl here 👋🏽IT’S AWESOME, IT WORKS, IT SMELLS DELICIOUS 😋 I ain’t using nothing else, but this from now on!!!
You go girl! Happy it works for you 💕

Thanks for the information my relaxed hair and coconut oil is a no no I don't know why but it leaves my hair very dry☹️
I can totally relate, girl!
I agree with you girl. the ors lotion (rice water version) dried my hair out so much I realized after using a quarter of the bottle that it was the product!! The original is way better
Hey Queen. Yes I personally love hair mask depending how my hair feels. TGIN is on my list of things to get lol
Oh no I just purchased the styling lotion and my hair hates coconut oil 😮
It might work for you 😩
@@DenaJ I’ll let you know I wish I saw this before I bought it lol 😂

Ahahha, girl that hair lotion just want for my hair.
I thought was my hair alone that felt stiff, brittle and dry after using the Daily Styling Lotion.
My hair just didn't feel right after using it, sadly.
Yes my hair feels like crap with this conditioner. I hate how it feels and looks makes my hair feel badddd

My hair doesn't like coconut oil either, great review dear and you are looking absolutely gorgeous 😍

Heyy, no, I haven't tried it. Have you? Any good?
Yes it’s great on my relaxed hair (feels amazing) but trying to going natural now & guessing my hair is ah lil damage cus it feels ah lil over process for the conditioner on on parts of my hair 😫 love the shampoo 👍🏽
Gonna start using tgin deep conditioning honey mask heard it really good
In need of a gd moisturizer leave-in conditioner as well any recommendations
I know this is awhile back but did you get a good leave in?
I tried this have 4a low porosity hair and this made small pieces or hair strands come out of my hair and idk why 😭 I really wanted to give it a try but it scares me
Is it normal that the leave in conditioner makes my locs look white when rubbing it in?
I felt the same way.. I’m using the product now and it’s not giving.
Can this leave be used to blow dry my hair?
It dried out my hair conditioner should not do that it's rubbish.!!
Coconut oil is not a sealant. It is a penetrating oil sooooooo .... yeah.

Wow girl this is the first product that gave my hair body. That pink lotion made my hair stiff. I'm sorry it didn't work for you.
Hey Dena 📣heeeeey 😂! Great review girl💕
Aprilllll 💕Heyyyyy girl 😄😜
My hair was sooooooo dry after using the lotion. My hair was brittle and breaking off and I couldn’t figure out why. 😰
*sigh. I was quite disappointed with this one 😔
This also happened to me I'm so annoyed because I spent $56 tt for this product

Can I use this conditioner every week
It seems appropriate to use weekly.. But I wouldn't.
I have that same relationship with coconut oil ‼️
Either you love it or your don't 🤷🏾♀️
