First of all. Mopar. 👌 Secondly, this video literally has every single bit of information I was looking for. Feels like trade school again ;) thanks for posting this. 👌👌👌
So glad it helped you! My dad bought the machine back in 93, and I still have it. The VHS tape was still sealed in the original shrinkwrap when I digitized it.
@@MoparStephen just curious. I usually use the lithium to help prevent leaks. I just wanted to make sure it didn't contaminate the gas stream or something.

Great video...lots of info
Thanks! My father in law just gave me this welder and I was lost! Not alot of info out there.
Glad this helped - it's a great welder albeit a very basic one by today's standards. They last forever though.
Soooo... Does it have HF start or is it a scratch start?
It's HF start.
Currently what is the price of this machine? Greetings.
$300 at a pawn shop. EBay around 5-600
is there any reason you aren't using lithium tape on the gas connectors?
This was the VHS tape that came with my dad's EconoTig 150A. I think he bought it around the mid 90s, don't really remember.

Shake much
Not my welding bro - it was the VHS tape they included when my dad bought the Tig welder in maybe 93.
