Im kinda curious as someone who plays fgo and HSR how you tackle end game content. I have a hard time figuring what i missing to beat these content is it because my cones are too low level or my gear not good enough or max? Like when it comes to fgo it doesnt take too much resources to beat 90++ game content compared HSR, i feel like theres a step im missing basically
PF Stage 4 and MoC Stage 12 the big hard stuff to me. Besides them, nothing too hard but yeah, you gotta have to real good characters to beat the time limits (dps check) and also to not die.

Star rails quite fun, as a console player I've been enjoying the 7? Months I've been playing it, might be biased due to the really good luck I've had. 80 pulls (lost 50/50 at 40 then another 40 got me Fu Xuan spelling?)
I think the story was actually really good. My biggest issue is that 90% of the story is pure exposition. It felt like a drag so much that it feels like a visual novel especially if you're using an engine above gacha standards. Putting details that have minor clues/hints to the story in 8 hour exposition then the story acts like it's a big deal pulls me the wrong way. I like the idea of perspective change but in 2.2 it's relegated to "Use this character for 15 mins. You can't play them it's just for dialogue'
The gacha is far more forgiving than fgo's, idk what that other person is talking about i'm f2p and started like six months late and have had no issues with end-game other than a couple of moc/pure fictions that took a few tries to get 3 stars on
No, if you want to clear every endgame content consistently, you must pull, especially now that the period for a certain free 5* is already over F2p friendliness and maybe story are the only 2 things FGO is doing better than Star Rail
So I am in the minority when I say that penacony story was overhyped and in the end just mid. I have a good explanation for that and is the sudden change of themes from the story up to 2.1 to the story in 2.2. I know that many people still did not finish the story so I will stop right here to avoid spoilers.
2.1 was in the same tier as a good fgo chapter, i still cant understand why they didnt keep aventurine screentime, from a writing perspective it made no sense
The story theme changes suddenly is been happening in genshin since then, this penacony arc will end with mid ending calling dan heng and jingyuan in penacony is overhyped af.

Didn't follow the story after I seen that Welt creates black holes with his ultimate, but then proceeds to attack with the cane. Yes, power lvl consistancy is really important for me. And just absurdity of black hole not killing everything in one hit (including him) is so dumb, that I just stopped caring.

I disliked the "deaths." It seemed like they were just for the sake of shock value and came off as cheap.
