I never get who I want on these. I've been trying for summer musashi & rider da Vinci for a couple years & always get the one I don't want. I'm glad they're finally making this less crappy. I have Morgan but don't have the other two so that's a good choice but I have none of the riders on the da vinci rider one so that's a pretty safe choice as well. I wouldn't mind Bakin, Sima Yi, or Da Vinci Oh yeah one time I got space ishtar NP3 instead of a new servant..

Lancer 2 is my top easily, I rolled for Ryouma so much and didn't get him and he is my number 1 overall, Melu is great too, but Roma... no, just no (the game will give me Roma)

My mind says Berserker 2, but my heart says Extra 6. I want Bazett so bad I love her design and her kit but the risk of getting Super Bunyan especially is terrifying. (Edit: I got Bazett :D)
I feel ya. I planning to go Extra 6 because I want any of the 5*s ... except Bunyan. And I want any of the 4*s. So it has the best odds for me across all the possible servants. Berserker 2 is a strong second though.
Don't go for extra 6, the odd is so low that you might just gonna feel bad. I try for my waifu every GSSR but never got one. This GSSR, I'm just go for gameplay for sure
There's a site that uses a servant vs servant ranking system, where you vote between two servants at a time until all characters have been compared It helps you determine your favorite GSSR banner (It takes some time, tbh) but it's quite effective. You can also manually rank some servants once you're done
Thanks for the brutally honest breakdown! Agreed that everyone can prioritize their favs first before gameplay. Personally for gssr, I sorta look through the lineup with the least "risk", which honestly is very subjectively assigned still but just to avoid the worst case scenario of heartbreak
Berserker 2 is cracked. All three SSRs are amazing, and Kriemhild is in the 4 Star pool out of only four Servants. I want NP4 Morgan, so I am definitely going with that one. 33% of getting her is the best odds outside of Pity, and I would not be unhappy getting one copy of the other two, either.

You can really feel the power creep. Alot of the older servants have been overshadowed already by newer ones. They really need to buff them all especially MEDEA. ALSO I DON'T THINK ITS THAT HARD TO PUT HER IN A SWIMSUIT RIGHT LASENGLE?!!!!!
And some welfares like Yu mei (Lancer Man hater) were designed with the knowledge that her anti-male NP would be quite the problem when compared to Tamamo Lancer's NP so they made Yu's NP special damage attached to her OC instead of NP level like with Tamamo. Or... X Idol's lack of a NP charge vs other Foreigner AOEs.
Mine are already np2+grailed but for sure I want to have them np3. Aso, after the hundreds of sq that I spent for an Ozy np2 spook, seeing Godjuna join my NA Chaldea would be nice (but he would be nowhere near as strong as his JP equivalent which is lvl102 np3 2k/2k) . Finally, Summer Musashi np2 doesn't seem like a bad deal to me despite Summer Ibuki's upcoming powercreep.
It's worth noting that Sherlock and Calamity Jane are the only external sources of Pierce Invul in the game. I have neither, and I can't count the number of times that I've been stymied by a difficult quest because I didn't have either of them. I'm probably going for Douman in Extra 6. I've been frustrated by how many comps I can't do without him as a support, so I guess I'll have to give in and chase him. I also really want Faker. I want to 120 her but I couldn't get a single one from her debut banner. I had to use the 4* ticket on her instead of Edison. Why does my 4* luck always suck so bad? I still have to roll for Calamity Jane during Summer because she refused to show up last time.
I've already made up my decision 2 years ago. I will go for Berserker 2. I need to NP2 my Morgan as priority but, a brand new Godjuna and/or Summer Musashi is a great addition to my chaldea. also I'm hoping for a Kijyo koyo or np2 Kriemhild as my sr.
Is bound to happen someone will get mad their waifu or husbando isnt seen as peak by others no matter what, wheter they are meta or not, people tend to overreact, all opinions are valid, we all dont have to share tastes, go for anyone you like lads. TLDR, if you don't have Castoria, roll on that banner, if you don't have Oberon, roll that one, if you don't have assassin Koyan, roll that one. (In that order)
Berserker 2 is a win with any of those ssrs! Personally going for it. I do have summer Musashi np5 (she's my favorite) so getting bonus copy is still great so I could unlock all her appends. It's the safest banner out there all ssrs are top tier and if you happen to get Kriemhild on top of that you're a true winner
Right now doing Ooku rerun with mostly the same team that i really like right now, its Taira + Douman + Skadi or Merlin, and man do i enjoy that Taira Douman crit synergy!
Barghest is for Grail Fronts solos. Not that normal solos are bad for her. But you can abuse the way skill cooldowns work in Grail Fronts to make her flames shine even brighter

Even though I'm going for Sen No Rikyu (as many copies as I can get), I'm still gonna hit Berserker 2. I literally have *none* of the servants in the banner, so I'm getting my money's worth no matter who decides to appear for me on that banner.
Rikyu is also the reason why I'm not sure about going for Berserker 2... I don't have any of them either, but I'm not sure how much I'd use them over Rikyu who I like a lot more.
Gonna roll Extra 4 since it's the only one where I have none of the Servants, was gonna go for Berserkee but I did pull Morgan on the Sea Monster Crisis banner, hope I don't get burned too bad
I'm definitely going with Berserker 2: the only Servants I already have there are Morgan and Kriemhild, and more copies of them are just as good as a new Servant!
27:42 - SemiRamis is pretty good but, that damage unless higher investment than just the bare minimum of a single copy is slightly sad. That skill that allows her to have neutral damage against her weakness can be useful for farming... but, again at low investment its so sad, she REALLY needs some buffs! Unrelated they should add a targetable NP charge to Miss Crane, she seems intended for higher end playstyles but, she can't even help make use of both her NP's NP charge and NP strength buffs since either one is useless (usually the NP gauge charge, assuming single core) or the NP strength 3-turn buff (in case needed to top off a KScope), and that lack of spiritron dresses despite that being the main way to have enough crit stars to even use her NP in the first place!
Ended up going for casters 2 because I’m a simple man who wants Murasaki. Ended up getting both miss crane and castoria. But won’t complain as they are both now np2, so that’s fun. Oh also pulled both summer Charlotte and Miyu too. So fun times.
I am genuinely stuck between Assassin 2 and Berserker 2. On one hand I have neither Kama or Koyan Light, but I don’t really want Semiramis. And for Berserker 2 I don’t have any of them. How viable are the featured buster berserkers (assuming I don’t get S.Musashi) without all of the premier buster supports?
14:18 - I would say lancer alter isn't held back by her time more like her buff held her back that 20% charge absolutely killed her potential to 3 turn buster loop and its a shame that her stats is almost SSR and she has upgraded NP and one of the highest buster buff at 55%
This GSSR i have at least 1 Servant in each choice, ended up going for Berserker 2, a new Arjuna, or NP2 of Musashi/Morgan i wouldn't say no to, for the CE choice it's Black Grail, nothing else but Black Grail, I'm on 2 copies after 4 years playing, i need every bit of help trying to MLB that, thanks for the breakdown of each, good luck to those rolling.
I appreciate the disclaimer at the start of "Ultimately, pull for who you want" but it still kinda sucks to hear so many servants are either outclassed or haven't reached their full potential because of recent JP buffs, so skip them. Anyway, I think I'll still pull on Extra 3. I'm missing half of the 5 stars and wouldn't mind extra NPs of the others. And the 4 stars are nice too. Thanks for the vid!
Went for Extra 2 because I wanted Maou Nobu, left the banner with NP5 Salieri, Hephaestion and both Summer BB and Spishtar. No complaints, especially after the surprise Destiny Order brought me Nobu anyway.
I was gonna roll on Lancers 2 for Melusine and also because I don't have any 5* servants featured in there, but sudden Destiny Order changed my mind. Summoning in DO first to make sure which banner should I pull in GSSR judging by whoever I get from it, and luckily I got Melusine from DO. After that I decided to pull on Casters 2 for Castoria, with the fear of getting NP2 Miss Crane. Got Murasaki Shikibu instead
I though Sakamoto Lancer is very average, until I noticed he has team overcharge on skill on 6t CD. Which means he can take turns with Lady Avalon in providing it for Castoria and makes for first real Arts only immortal comp. Add to that his 3T of debuff immune and 3T buff removal resistance and he looks like very good CQ damage dealer with added benefit of being ok AoE farmer.
@@luckyroller9636 I think it's more that he released long time before Lady Avalon, so his overcharge on skill wasn't seen as that important then and a lot of people missed its potential afterwards.

16:44 i dont think you need to use the roman cc since he can apply the enemies with roman trait himself. I will either go for zerker 2 or extra 5. Another copy of junao or morgan is a good thing and i like summer musashi, although the issue i have for this is i dont have the neccesary farming support for most of the servants in here (koyan and castoria) so it can be a bit rough. For extra 5, getting either KP, van gogh, or haohao is a W, but if i get summer abby or voyager is a big L for me cuz i already summer abby on JP and as decent a voyager is, his animation is pretty boring, tho for 4* cases, mostly its a W.
Well, that Banner is not that bad if you want one of the "weaker" ones anyway! People underestimate him quite alot but Ivan is Gameplaywise actually quite insane. So with that in mind you basically have a 66% chance of either getting your Waifu or one of the best Riders in the game. Could certainly be way worse!
I started playing around 3rd Anniversary so I always use these to get old servants I don't have. So Saber 1 it is since I only have Proto Arthur. Nero Bride, Okita, and Musashi already gives me 50/50 odds of good pickups.
I did the thing where you weight which individual servant you like more than the other and I was surprised to see Caster 2 come up on the list. After reviewing it, I agree that its a banger of a banner and I am torn between that, Lancer 2 and berserker 2.

I had already decided on caster 2 before this. Not for gameplays in so much as it was the banner with the best chance at not screwing me over. The only unit I have on it is Castoria, and that's including the 4-stars. So a new ssr or castoria np2 and a guaranteed new sr. Sounds good to me.
Torn between Caster 2 and Berserker 2. For supports I already have Tamamo, Waver, Skadi, Oberon, and Koyanskaya but would love a Castoria. Now keep in mind I have TERRIBLE luck, every one of my GSSRs so far I have gotten one of my bottom 2 servants from those banners. On caster 2 I don't really want Murasaki or Izumo and I already have Crane (previous GSSR bad luck roll). Berserker 2 I could obviously use Arjuna Alter and Morgan due to my Koyan and Oberon luck, but a Musashi wouldn't hurt (but wouldn't be as good due to my lack of Castoria). Of course these would all be NP1 so that probably affects looping potential too. Of course I do plan on rolling for Summer Ibuki, so it's really tough to decide. I have the 25% chance to nail the game-breaker Castoria, or the can't-miss Berserker banner (even Musashi would be decent).
Here's what I do when I'm unnable to decide which GSSR to pick: assume the worst. Would you regret getting the servant you want the LEAST? no? Then good, pull that one. If yes, pull a different one.
Gonna roll on rider 2 cos it's one of the 2 banners where I have no servant yet, so even if I hit constantine, it's still a new ssr at least... hoping for reines tho.
Going for lancer 1, wanted Eresh since she came out but always had bad timing with other higher prio servants or just no quartz. Have almost all 'needed' servants already so this gssr makes for a good opportunity to finally get her. And getting Shisou would not be bad either, always liked her and her bunny suit would be ready.
On one hand, I usually roll GSSR for Merlin copies… On the other, I somehow sniped Charlie before Kriemhild and really do want Morgan… And he is with several servants I really wouldn’t want…
I'm Planning on Caster 2, I have all but Izumo, so its either NP2 on casters that i love or new a great Single Target. Hoping for a double 5* lol, that would be amazing.
There’s some struggle for me; I need to rebuild my account because I lost my old one so logic dictates I should go for Castoria, but my heart cries for Jalter (never owned her), Edmond (husbando), or Jacques (She just looks awesome)
I feel like this GSR is overall the riskiest batch where every banner that has something huge value has something bad with it unless you don't have a developed account then there are a few all win ones
It's funny how your own roster can impact those ratings. Already having Castoria definitely drops down the 10/10 Caster 1 pool toward midling (kind of want Miss Crane and Okuni, not terribly interested in Murasaki), and having NP5 Morgan destroys the 9/10 Berserker 2 pool for me. Meanwhile, the otherwise lackluster Saber 1 (4/10) and Assassin 1 (3/10) are kind of tempting for me.
Think I'll have to go with Zerk 2 this time around. There's servants on other banners that I want more than what's on it but they also share summon pools with servants I really *don't* want to risk pulling instead lol. I'm not making the same mistake I have in previous GSSRs and will play it safe on this one.
For me, it's gonna be either Archer 1 (cause I still want Gilgamesh and wouldn't mind getting NP levels for Archuria or Ishtar) or Extra 2 (cause I want more NP levels for SpIshtar and wouldn't mind getting Bunnytoria, Nobbu or an NP level for BB). Both banners have a chance for a complete miss though, thanks to Moriarty and First Emperor... the former I already have, but almost never use, so NP levels would be kind of a waste on him, and the latter I just don't like. Leaning more towards Extra 2 at the moment mainly because of the 4 stars. I have a grailed MHXX and also really like Astraea and Hephaestion.
Extra 3 is so good to me. But i don't have a single good berserker unit. But if i go in extra 6... is the pure caos. Half happiness half complete and absolut pain
I'm a new player who doesn't really care about meta or anything. I'm probably gonna roll on Extra 2, as it's the only one where I'm GUARANTEED to get someone I actually want.
I have pretty much every servant in saber 1 but I really want np2 salter or nero, but I'm smart enough to know that's a bad idea. Berserker 2 seems great though, np3 musashi, np3 morgan or np1 arjuna alt, can't go wrong. Frankly I'd prefer a 4 star selector at this point, my whaling days got me pretty much everyone I want.
Ngl Rider 2 is the banner for me, I dont have any of the SSRs on it and I like all of them as characters so Ill be happy regardless of who I roll on it so thats nice
These are my choice i made before about which GSSR should i pull - IF i want extra copy i would go Berserker 2 i have all 3 of them at NP2(except Godjuna which he is NP1) plus its has good 4* servants - Taking a risk with Extra 6 it has amazing 4* servants it would be nice to have XX at NP 2 just in case for future bosses who have threat of Humanity, as for 5* im doing hard 50/50 since there servant i like and dont obviously Like: Douman - Gameplay Bazzet - Gameplay Koyan Dark - Design mainly her 3rd ascention Not: - Super Bunyan she is not good for me in both gameplay and her 2,3 and Final ascention are trash - Jacques gameplay it could be better - Oberon only be cuz i have him allready at NP3
I have yet to aquire even one gold Foreigner for my account, and I'm interested in King Protea. Who doesn't want a servant with 40k HP? So this GSSR is an easy choice for me.

A lot of the time difference in numbers between servants is minimal so just pick your favorites. New account obviously should aim for supports because realistically you just need 1 aoe avenger for entire game (farming wise) forever
Probably the hardest for me, since I have at least one on each. I'm rolling for Archer 1. I only have Squirtoria (NP1) there, so it's not all that bad. I am targeting Ishtar though.
Quick question: What is the timing of the GSSR relative to the big Summer banners - Skadi Ruler, Lady Avalon, and Summer Ibuki? Reason I'm asking is that I'd like to summon on the big summer banners first before choosing a GSSR to summon on.
I'm collecting all the Sakura Five, so I'm going for Protea, since she has a banner once a year at best. Failing that I'd get a foreigner which I still don't have any, so a win failing Protea. (The Melt banner has Kiara, who I already have NP3, so worse result on bad luck, and I already have NP5 summer melt.)
Mm...leaning towards Archer 2 (already have S.Orion) or Extra 5 (have s.abi and vangogh). Rider 1 and Extra 1 are the banners where I don't have anyone, but not that interested beyond the saberfaces from each banner.
This gssr is another tough one, extra 5 is tempting for the chance to get np2 protea so i can 120 her but extra 6 is very nice since bunyan is the only one i don't want and jacques and oberon would be great for me.
Kinda funny how I will still roll on the best banner meta wise even though my account is very well developed at this point and doesnt need anything. But I like my grailed waifus to be at NP2, so having both Castoria and Okuni (the only grailed ones at NP1) on the same banner is a no brainer. Also wouldnt say no to a Miss Crane.
For 5* CE I only need one last copy for MLB Kscope and I have 1 of the HP one for coverage. So yeah unless I get a 4th copy of Grail or Love's curse day one,I go with Kscope
Videos like this would greatly improve if an arrow or designator were added to point to the servant you're talking about. Most new players would be confused about who you're referring to since their names are not displayed.

It's worth noting that Sherlock and Calamity Jane are the only external sources of Pierce Invul in the game. I have neither, and I can't count the number of times that I've been stymied by a difficult quest because I didn't have either of them.
I'm probably going for Douman in Extra 6. I've been frustrated by how many comps I can't do without him as a support, so I guess I'll have to give in and chase him. I also really want Faker. I want to 120 her but I couldn't get a single one from her debut banner. I had to use the 4* ticket on her instead of Edison. Why does my 4* luck always suck so bad? I still have to roll for Calamity Jane during Summer because she refused to show up last time.

I've already made up my decision 2 years ago. I will go for Berserker 2. I need to NP2 my Morgan as priority but, a brand new Godjuna and/or Summer Musashi is a great addition to my chaldea. also I'm hoping for a Kijyo koyo or np2 Kriemhild as my sr.

I do have summer Musashi np5 (she's my favorite) so getting bonus copy is still great so I could unlock all her appends.
It's the safest banner out there all ssrs are top tier and if you happen to get Kriemhild on top of that you're a true winner

Barghest is for Grail Fronts solos. Not that normal solos are bad for her. But you can abuse the way skill cooldowns work in Grail Fronts to make her flames shine even brighter

I literally have *none* of the servants in the banner, so I'm getting my money's worth no matter who decides to appear for me on that banner.
Rikyu is also the reason why I'm not sure about going for Berserker 2... I don't have any of them either, but I'm not sure how much I'd use them over Rikyu who I like a lot more.

I'm definitely going with Berserker 2: the only Servants I already have there are Morgan and Kriemhild, and more copies of them are just as good as a new Servant!
27:42 - SemiRamis is pretty good but, that damage unless higher investment than just the bare minimum of a single copy is slightly sad. That skill that allows her to have neutral damage against her weakness can be useful for farming... but, again at low investment its so sad, she REALLY needs some buffs!
Unrelated they should add a targetable NP charge to Miss Crane, she seems intended for higher end playstyles but, she can't even help make use of both her NP's NP charge and NP strength buffs since either one is useless (usually the NP gauge charge, assuming single core) or the NP strength 3-turn buff (in case needed to top off a KScope), and that lack of spiritron dresses despite that being the main way to have enough crit stars to even use her NP in the first place!
I'll go for the Berserker 1, purely because of MHXA to complete my Artoria collection. Kintoki is a nice runner up as well.

Ended up going for casters 2 because I’m a simple man who wants Murasaki. Ended up getting both miss crane and castoria. But won’t complain as they are both now np2, so that’s fun. Oh also pulled both summer Charlotte and Miyu too. So fun times.
Ever since the day it came out, the Berserker banner has been my target. I have all 3 of them already but I can use any of them at NP2.
I am genuinely stuck between Assassin 2 and Berserker 2. On one hand I have neither Kama or Koyan Light, but I don’t really want Semiramis. And for Berserker 2 I don’t have any of them. How viable are the featured buster berserkers (assuming I don’t get S.Musashi) without all of the premier buster supports?
14:18 - I would say lancer alter isn't held back by her time more like her buff held her back that 20% charge absolutely killed her potential to 3 turn buster loop and its a shame that her stats is almost SSR and she has upgraded NP and one of the highest buster buff at 55%
This GSSR i have at least 1 Servant in each choice, ended up going for Berserker 2, a new Arjuna, or NP2 of Musashi/Morgan i wouldn't say no to, for the CE choice it's Black Grail, nothing else but Black Grail, I'm on 2 copies after 4 years playing, i need every bit of help trying to MLB that, thanks for the breakdown of each, good luck to those rolling.

I appreciate the disclaimer at the start of "Ultimately, pull for who you want" but it still kinda sucks to hear so many servants are either outclassed or haven't reached their full potential because of recent JP buffs, so skip them.
Anyway, I think I'll still pull on Extra 3. I'm missing half of the 5 stars and wouldn't mind extra NPs of the others. And the 4 stars are nice too. Thanks for the vid!

Went for Extra 2 because I wanted Maou Nobu, left the banner with NP5 Salieri, Hephaestion and both Summer BB and Spishtar.
No complaints, especially after the surprise Destiny Order brought me Nobu anyway.
I was gonna roll on Lancers 2 for Melusine and also because I don't have any 5* servants featured in there, but sudden Destiny Order changed my mind. Summoning in DO first to make sure which banner should I pull in GSSR judging by whoever I get from it, and luckily I got Melusine from DO.
After that I decided to pull on Casters 2 for Castoria, with the fear of getting NP2 Miss Crane. Got Murasaki Shikibu instead
I though Sakamoto Lancer is very average, until I noticed he has team overcharge on skill on 6t CD. Which means he can take turns with Lady Avalon in providing it for Castoria and makes for first real Arts only immortal comp. Add to that his 3T of debuff immune and 3T buff removal resistance and he looks like very good CQ damage dealer with added benefit of being ok AoE farmer.

I will either go for zerker 2 or extra 5. Another copy of junao or morgan is a good thing and i like summer musashi, although the issue i have for this is i dont have the neccesary farming support for most of the servants in here (koyan and castoria) so it can be a bit rough. For extra 5, getting either KP, van gogh, or haohao is a W, but if i get summer abby or voyager is a big L for me cuz i already summer abby on JP and as decent a voyager is, his animation is pretty boring, tho for 4* cases, mostly its a W.

Well, that Banner is not that bad if you want one of the "weaker" ones anyway! People underestimate him quite alot but Ivan is Gameplaywise actually quite insane. So with that in mind you basically have a 66% chance of either getting your Waifu or one of the best Riders in the game. Could certainly be way worse!
This year is going to be a hard choice. Everyone I want is spread out evenly with characters I have and ones that I most definitely don't want.

I started playing around 3rd Anniversary so I always use these to get old servants I don't have. So Saber 1 it is since I only have Proto Arthur. Nero Bride, Okita, and Musashi already gives me 50/50 odds of good pickups.
I did the thing where you weight which individual servant you like more than the other and I was surprised to see Caster 2 come up on the list. After reviewing it, I agree that its a banger of a banner and I am torn between that, Lancer 2 and berserker 2.

I had already decided on caster 2 before this. Not for gameplays in so much as it was the banner with the best chance at not screwing me over. The only unit I have on it is Castoria, and that's including the 4-stars. So a new ssr or castoria np2 and a guaranteed new sr. Sounds good to me.
Torn between Caster 2 and Berserker 2. For supports I already have Tamamo, Waver, Skadi, Oberon, and Koyanskaya but would love a Castoria.
Now keep in mind I have TERRIBLE luck, every one of my GSSRs so far I have gotten one of my bottom 2 servants from those banners.
On caster 2 I don't really want Murasaki or Izumo and I already have Crane (previous GSSR bad luck roll).
Berserker 2 I could obviously use Arjuna Alter and Morgan due to my Koyan and Oberon luck, but a Musashi wouldn't hurt (but wouldn't be as good due to my lack of Castoria). Of course these would all be NP1 so that probably affects looping potential too.
Of course I do plan on rolling for Summer Ibuki, so it's really tough to decide. I have the 25% chance to nail the game-breaker Castoria, or the can't-miss Berserker banner (even Musashi would be decent).
Here's what I do when I'm unnable to decide which GSSR to pick: assume the worst. Would you regret getting the servant you want the LEAST? no? Then good, pull that one. If yes, pull a different one.
Gonna roll on rider 2 cos it's one of the 2 banners where I have no servant yet, so even if I hit constantine, it's still a new ssr at least... hoping for reines tho.
As perhaps the one of the few Semiramis mains left, she is quite fun even if her numbers aren't meta imo :3

Going for lancer 1, wanted Eresh since she came out but always had bad timing with other higher prio servants or just no quartz. Have almost all 'needed' servants already so this gssr makes for a good opportunity to finally get her.
And getting Shisou would not be bad either, always liked her and her bunny suit would be ready.
On one hand, I usually roll GSSR for Merlin copies… On the other, I somehow sniped Charlie before Kriemhild and really do want Morgan… And he is with several servants I really wouldn’t want…
After this and Ryou, Plusie video i go with extra 5.
I'm either on Extra 3 or Berserker 2, but its hard to decide. I think Extra 3 might do more for my account, because even the 4 stars are huge here
I'm Planning on Caster 2, I have all but Izumo, so its either NP2 on casters that i love or new a great Single Target. Hoping for a double 5* lol, that would be amazing.
Extra 5 for me. My main target is best boy Voyager for more NP levels and coins, but NP2 Van Gogh or fresh Abby and Yang Guifei are very welcome.

There’s some struggle for me; I need to rebuild my account because I lost my old one so logic dictates I should go for Castoria, but my heart cries for Jalter (never owned her), Edmond (husbando), or Jacques (She just looks awesome)

It's funny how your own roster can impact those ratings. Already having Castoria definitely drops down the 10/10 Caster 1 pool toward midling (kind of want Miss Crane and Okuni, not terribly interested in Murasaki), and having NP5 Morgan destroys the 9/10 Berserker 2 pool for me. Meanwhile, the otherwise lackluster Saber 1 (4/10) and Assassin 1 (3/10) are kind of tempting for me.
Think I'll have to go with Zerk 2 this time around. There's servants on other banners that I want more than what's on it but they also share summon pools with servants I really *don't* want to risk pulling instead lol. I'm not making the same mistake I have in previous GSSRs and will play it safe on this one.
For me, it's gonna be either Archer 1 (cause I still want Gilgamesh and wouldn't mind getting NP levels for Archuria or Ishtar) or Extra 2 (cause I want more NP levels for SpIshtar and wouldn't mind getting Bunnytoria, Nobbu or an NP level for BB). Both banners have a chance for a complete miss though, thanks to Moriarty and First Emperor... the former I already have, but almost never use, so NP levels would be kind of a waste on him, and the latter I just don't like.
Leaning more towards Extra 2 at the moment mainly because of the 4 stars. I have a grailed MHXX and also really like Astraea and Hephaestion.

I'm a new player who doesn't really care about meta or anything. I'm probably gonna roll on Extra 2, as it's the only one where I'm GUARANTEED to get someone I actually want.
I have pretty much every servant in saber 1 but I really want np2 salter or nero, but I'm smart enough to know that's a bad idea. Berserker 2 seems great though, np3 musashi, np3 morgan or np1 arjuna alt, can't go wrong. Frankly I'd prefer a 4 star selector at this point, my whaling days got me pretty much everyone I want.
Ngl Rider 2 is the banner for me, I dont have any of the SSRs on it and I like all of them as characters so Ill be happy regardless of who I roll on it so thats nice

These are my choice i made before about which GSSR should i pull
- IF i want extra copy i would go Berserker 2 i have all 3 of them at NP2(except Godjuna which he is NP1) plus its has good 4* servants
- Taking a risk with Extra 6 it has amazing 4* servants it would be nice to have XX at NP 2 just in case for future bosses who have threat of Humanity, as for 5* im doing hard 50/50 since there servant i like and dont obviously

A lot of the time difference in numbers between servants is minimal so just pick your favorites. New account obviously should aim for supports because realistically you just need 1 aoe avenger for entire game (farming wise) forever
Probably the hardest for me, since I have at least one on each. I'm rolling for Archer 1. I only have Squirtoria (NP1) there, so it's not all that bad. I am targeting Ishtar though.
Quick question: What is the timing of the GSSR relative to the big Summer banners - Skadi Ruler, Lady Avalon, and Summer Ibuki? Reason I'm asking is that I'd like to summon on the big summer banners first before choosing a GSSR to summon on.
I'm collecting all the Sakura Five, so I'm going for Protea, since she has a banner once a year at best. Failing that I'd get a foreigner which I still don't have any, so a win failing Protea. (The Melt banner has Kiara, who I already have NP3, so worse result on bad luck, and I already have NP5 summer melt.)

Kinda funny how I will still roll on the best banner meta wise even though my account is very well developed at this point and doesnt need anything. But I like my grailed waifus to be at NP2, so having both Castoria and Okuni (the only grailed ones at NP1) on the same banner is a no brainer. Also wouldnt say no to a Miss Crane.
For 5* CE I only need one last copy for MLB Kscope and I have 1 of the HP one for coverage. So yeah unless I get a 4th copy of Grail or Love's curse day one,I go with Kscope
For those asking, Love's curse is what I use on my Castoria so yeah, MLB would be nice.
Riders 2 should at least be bumped up to 6.5 due to Constantine LITERALLY CARRYING HUMANITY ON HIS BACK AGAINST GOETIA
