Lots of people make fun of RM chefs. The funny thing is, if they became a chef and I believe did it for as little as 18 months, they would be given priority for any course they wanted. Most RM chefs go on to PTI, Mountain Leader etc, the Gucci courses.
If this was a Sodexo chef (cook) they’d substitute a chicken leg and leave out the cooking part.
How can bods in the block do this when they're not trusted with an oven and all the plugs have been cut by the QM..?

Looks really good, I shall try this next time I see sea bass. I suppose you could use other white fish too, eg Hake maybe.
