It really helped me when I was in school. Google Keep can grab text from a photo. As long as it is not handwritten and a clear photo.
Short and powerful video, thank you!
Also hate that they removed the syncing with Google calendar.Makes no sense why they took a core feature.
I have a feeling Keep will fold into Tasks someday. I really like Tasks especially since it lives on Calendar but there's no reason that a tasks can't contain all the elements of a Keep note
I really wish Keep woild adopt aome of the organizational elements of MS One Note.
Main issue with Google Keep is platform lock in (same issue for Apple Notes) and that there is no solid export function. Oh and the whole data mining aspect as well of course...
Thanks for another exceptional review on Google Keep. Can you explain whether each Google keep note has a unique URL that one can share an individual keep note and imbed in a document or google sheet
Я вставляла ссылку заметки в другую заметку. Что-то типа перехрестной ссылки получилось
Best app.
No flab,no flimflam.
Flimflam aha!
What was that note app you covered that was like a advanced version of keep?
Zoho Notebook?

The search is not much smart with accent marks who are really common in Spanish, eg you have a note with Películas, if you search Peliculas (misspelled, without the accent), the note don't appear on the results 😢
Av been a google Keeper for four years now
Do you know how to share one Google Keep account to our other Gmail account? so that we don't share/collaborate on one note or several notes.
Because if one Chrome profile will access Google Keep on the Gmail account that is logged in, even though I want to access Google Keep whose Gmail I use most actively. This also aims to ensure that I only use one Google Keep, I don't need many Google Keeps.
Keep doesn't highlight the searched word on mobile, it just shows me the note where its located. I use Android, I dunno about iOS.
For instance, if I search for "Avocado", it shows me all the notes that contain the word 'Avocado', and even if one if the notes contains like 700 words I still have to manually scan through the entire thing with my eyes to [maybe] pinpoint the exact location where the word is located
Its so frustrating! And it greatly diminishes the utility of an otherwise great note-taking app on Mobile, for me at least.
The Keep clipper extension only works on Chrome. You would have thought Google would have made it compatible with other browsers so they could scrape even more data from users :-)
Bad thing is google does not connect keep reminder with google calendar. İts nonsense !!!
Google is lazy. Apple notes is running laps around google keep and i dont even have an Iphone. Notion is running laps around google keep. Even Samsung notes is better than google keep, just not on multiple platform. Also i am so tired of not having natural Language in both keep and task.
Apple notes meme is actually quite silly, a lot less smart than it may seem.
🤣
@@keepproductive yep :)
The meme is sort of kind of extreme, but there is some truth with that meme.
@@NuryPPanaligan this may be the truth only for those who are unable to configure their tools and properly use them, so they end up with such a "everything should be simple, simplicity = genius and wisdom, one should just do the work, not configuring tools" attitude. But saying just Apple notes (or any kind of plain text) can beat any of the mentioned tools when they are used smartly and in full, is ridiculuous..
@@Anton_Sh. Plaintext softwares can be great. Obsidian for example is technically a plaintext app.
