      Right on. My small one is the 125. My bigger one is the 525 and that one rips. Also have the big backpack but hardly ever use

    The paws are AMAZING. I wore them for 2 years while I installed solar panels. Key is to point your toes either straight down or up with the pitch over the roof.

      They grip great. It’s the toes up or down that’s throwing me. I’ll need to acclimate

    Hey Joe, as far as roof shoes. I did a lot of roofing over the years the only thing you need is work shoes or boots with a good rubber sole and you can navigate on any roof. As you said those are like wearing high heels on the roof looks like you could sprain your ankle with those things.

      Yeah I agree. You’ll notice I switched back to my Merrells

      I run the roof all day in Nike tennis shoes. No problem. Thank you for the review Joe.

    Great video. That gutter tool is great, used it on my home yesterday. Can't wait to see your house washing set up for 2021. Wash On.

    They are some clumsy looking boots. No way I would be on a roof with those clodhoppers.

    Hi Joe. On the last house, did you blow off some of that dead moss with the blower? And the roof with solar panels, how would you roof wash a house with solar panels?

    • @powerfulimprovements
      @powerfulimprovements  3 роки тому +1

      Hey Rob. We did not touch anything on the back roof. Currently I won’t touch a roof with solar panels. I am thinking of buying a water fed pole and offering to wash the panels themselves but that seems pretty labor intense so I don’t know yet

    Hey joe joe ur shoes would hav been badass if they were lower😁....is that a 24foot ladder ur using?

    I attached PVC pipe to my powerful Stihl backpack blower and can blow out most gutters from the ground. If the house is higher, I use a step ladder and use a hand blower.

    Joe where can I find a J-hook? Or is that just black PVC homemade?

      Steven we don’t typically talk money. Charge what you’re willing to take the risk for

    Nothing wrong with staying busy Joe! How do you schedule the gutters? Do you just say you’re putting them in the schedule and you let them know when you’re coming, even if it’s in the next few hours?

    • @powerfulimprovements
      @powerfulimprovements  3 роки тому +1

      That’s right. I just fit them in. I tell clients I gotta play the weather and will likely just be dropping in on short notice

      @@powerfulimprovements No problem with payments if you show up somewhat randomly? Or do you let them pay you later?

    • @powerfulimprovements
      @powerfulimprovements  3 роки тому

      Jj Pabst haven’t had any issues to speak of. Sometimes you wait for payment but that’s ok
