watching this makes me think of when used to watch my father play this game
4:26:24 this one is total bullshit, and it always bothers me. Hell, this happened to me many times. I was however able to figure out how to make it work. Wait until the guards move closer to the columns, then have your recruits air assassinate them from above. It's seems that from what i can see, the game codes the recruits hidden blade and weapons to be counted as THEIR kill. If they use their throwing knives, it won't count since the throwing knives are still coded as kills from Ezio (the player). This happened to me so many times, i had to do this section repeatedly until the recruits kills finally counted, reach a checkpoint, purposely get caught in order to reset Michelelo's positioning, THEN progress the rest of the mission.
Btw, if you activate a checkpoint, the constraint will still be saved until you fail it. You can't use the checkpoint to reset the constraint, once you fail it, it stays failed until you restart the whole mission.
