Hey there, you should make a feature like a teeter totter/ see saw type thing following with a massive downhill. Your videos make my day, hope to see something like this :)
Yes Luke! Great to see you back at it!! Man, there aren't many people that would still ride over that log with a red bellied black hanging out underneath... Love seeing shovel cam back, the audio of shovel cam playing through into the time lapse was sick too 👌 The rock drop worked out perfect man 💪 Would love to see a shark fin over the fence that has a super friendly/scale-able landing so you can either just nick over the fence or really sky it!
Good morning from Germany. I watch every one of your videos and am always amazed at how much sweat and dedication you put into creating each of these obstacles, it's amazing. Here in Germany, something like this would not be possible without private property. Please keep it up and have a safe journey. 🤙🏼
Another great video. I think after the rock drop you should add a big gap jump and then starting to slow you down for the rock garden. I also bought two more guards and I loved your note. Thanks.
Sick build, to get over the barbed wire fence you should buld one of those sketchy triangles over it where you send it straight up one side and pray there is a downramp
Over that fence, you should definitely build a “pucker pad.” (From Berm Peak.) make the take off about a meter back, then build a slanted platform over the fence about a meter long then build the landing. It’d be SICK!
YAY! More Cutlaps!!!! Great job on that drop, the ones that slope/roll down are scary. Quick and dirty can be beneficial because you get to test it, stinks to do all the more official work only to abandon it for something else. I think you could drill some drain holes in the bottom of that hollow log to prolong its life. I love seeing replays of the old features, your trails look fun!!!!
Just remember just because it’s a tech trail does not mean there can’t be jumps! Keep up the amazing work! So happy I found this channel. I miss living in Australia 🇦🇺 ❤
amazing to see this project branching out to new trails and riding styles, these videos are super entertaining and have inspired me to make my own aussie mtb channel. Keep it up.
Another sick video! I can't click fast enough when you upload. It's fun to watch you build each feature, but I cannot believe how much trail you've put together now! Also, props for showing yourself actually warming up and pre-riding your new feature before just sending it. Really adds to how genuine and down to earth you and your videos are. "I'm pretty flogged, I'm gonna go have a beer and recuperate." A man from my own heart! Cheers!
Hahah that beer went down well! I'm glad I warmed up before hitting this. My first drop was pretty sideways, hard to tell from the POV video. Thanks for watching.
You need to get a little pump, that you can run to fill those containers where you need them then you don’t have to carry it up the hill. Something as simple as a little thing you attached to a drill motor would probably do what you need to do. also, that rotor tiller I had mentioned would’ve came in really handy loosening that soil for the landing. It also blends all that oyster into the fill dirt. A little water on the surface rototill a little bit and you have perfectly moist brown pow!
Love your videos there so relatablbe to my riding, and you're not like every other mtb youtuber doing massive jump and tricks. You are a simple content creator anf thats what we all love about you🎉
I have a good idea, maybe use the second part of the rotting log to make a decorative waterfall near one of the tracks! Love your content and you have inspired me to start making a jump myself nearby my house. Thank you for making us content. You are really good at making these and I watch all your videos. Keep up the good work man 🤙
rock drop looks perfect man! I nearly rode over a red belly black the other day! I think here in Aus, everybody should be riding with a pressure bandage on hand in the hotter weather just in case your're out on the trails and one of these slippery critters manage to get a bite in.
Make sure you remember Quick and Sketchy for the name of your trail. I am certainly going to reserve that for a future trail of mine. Props for the chaps overs shorts, very nice.
That was so fun to watch. The log looked very intimidating but it all works. I like the idea of a more natural trail especially when the rock garden comes into play 🤘. A rickety suspension bridge over that fence ( or a watered down version) . I’ve seen a few built on cattle properties and might be better than a sea saw if you have a few guys on a trail ride together . Either way Luke you could build trampoline jump and make that work 🤣
You probably dont remember me, but I'm commented a few videos back about mine and my buddies backyard jumps, we now have a dedicated channel and have been posting content on the different features/riding. Keep up the good work.🤘
Hey legend, congrats on winning the shirt. Stoked you like the episode. Let me know your email or contact me through my website and we can arrange to get the shirt to you.
You should build a sketchy skinny with an option for dropping off the end or just a roll. You could name the trail something to do with a viper or an adder.
Great seeing a new track! It’s a dream of mine to build tracks like this! Could have some epic tracks like this on the hills nearby, but it’s a national park unfortunately
Dude, I really like that drop and with that speed you could build a sick short booster jump before breaking into the rock section. Buut building that without machines would be durable 😅 - cheers from Germany
just food for thought you could drill a inch wide whole in the bridge onto the tree skinny so when water flows down it drains before getting to the dirt!
Super gnarly rock drop, you should name this track "Snake Teck"
always a great day when theres a new cutlaps trail building video
Hope you enjoyed it
I love the vids keep it up, your videos got me back into mountain biking and it’s good to see a fellow aussie mountain biker.
call the trail "Red belly" (red belly back snake) it ties in well with snakerun
Yeah thats not a bad idea. Thanks
second this
Yeah but it dosent correlate with the tech, how about rattlesnake
Hey there, you should make a feature like a teeter totter/ see saw type thing following with a massive downhill. Your videos make my day, hope to see something like this :)
Thanks mate. I think I'll build something like that over the barbed wire fence.
Thanks!
LEGEND!!! Thank you so much!
Great to see you are still building trails. Great stuff
Yeah still slowly digging away. Just struggling to find the time this year.
Love seeing the progression of these builds. Thanks for sharing the journey with us!
I love your construction videos and the trail is already great. I can't wait to see how it continues. Ride on and see you then✌🤙
Thanks Christoph! Yeah its fun to have a different style of trail to ride compared to Snake Run.
Yes Luke! Great to see you back at it!!
Man, there aren't many people that would still ride over that log with a red bellied black hanging out underneath...

When I grow up I wanna buy an property and buy an Mountainbike trail like you👍🏻
Another great video. I think after the rock drop you should add a big gap jump and then starting to slow you down for the rock garden. I also bought two more guards and I loved your note. Thanks.
I love the trail so far can’t wait to see the rest; you should call it rocky road
holy god! this trail is evolving!! youre finally back, keep it up mate!
Had fun building our own trail with it ending on your pallet kicker that we used the directions of
I still fail to understand how you aren't more popular, great video!
Love your biking and it encourages me more to bike ride and I’ve decided to put your merch on my Christmas list!
And my dad got bit by a red belly black 2 hrs from the closest hospital
Oh dude thats scary!
Just sick! The production value of these vids are second to none! Another banger for Cutlaps!
Thanks mate! Glad you enjoy them so much.
really cool that you are making a different kind of trail now. i love the series. keep up the work.
YESSSSS! A new video from cutlaps!!!!!!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤❤
That snake was like :
Leave my home alone
Yessss! So excited for more trail building content. And even moreso that its a tech trail!
Nice video! Super gnarly rock drop, you could build a little berm or quarter pipe to slow you down after the drop and learn some cool tricks
Epic build my dude!

i was just gonna suggest this. 100 agree (or A frame?)

Yes!!!! I've Been WAITING BRO for you to upload, I just can't tell you how much I LOVE your videos! Thank you bro
Oh mate love the new feature. You don't understand how nice it is to come home from work to see a new cutlaps video. Keep the vids coming!
Just remember just because it’s a tech trail does not mean there can’t be jumps! Keep up the amazing work! So happy I found this channel. I miss living in Australia 🇦🇺 ❤
Don't worry... there will be jumps. I just want to make sure I get good use of the rocky sections I have.
these videos just keep getting better, keen to see how the trail progresses. keep up the good work!
The trail looks sick! Looking forward to how this next section comes together.
Thanks mate. Yeah I'm pretty stoked to have started the tech trail. It should be a fun alternative to the Snake Run
amazing to see this project branching out to new trails and riding styles, these videos are super entertaining and have inspired me to make my own aussie mtb channel. Keep it up.
Another sick edit Luke. Can’t wait to com down to ride it 🤙🏼

Next you could build a long winding bridge with a few options. Idk just a suggestion tho. Also love your videos
loving the shovel cam!
Heck yeah glad to see you back out building!! Looks like you have a little bit of everything!

Your an absolute legend mate. You make great content and I love watching you. Well done.
These videos are great and are given me some ideas on how to build my own MTB Trail in Wales. Keep them coming
Awesome dude, Love a great sketchy techy trail. Hopefully more techy stuff to come

Your backyard trailers are sick
That rock drop was sick dude.
rock drop looks perfect man! I nearly rode over a red belly black the other day! I think here in Aus, everybody should be riding with a pressure bandage on hand in the hotter weather just in case your're out on the trails and one of these slippery critters manage to get a bite in.
I haven't really ridden in months since drifting apart from my one riding mate, but these videos always make me wanna get out there.
Nice man! I know how tiring shoveling all that dirt is as I am also building a backyard trail. So stocked for you!👍🤙
he doesn't post often, but when he does, its an absolute banger!
Haha thanks mate
Always a good day when cutlaps drops
Love you videos man you inspired me to make trails in my local woods
This trail is going to be epic I can already see it! Nice work bro
Cheers dude!
Make sure you remember Quick and Sketchy for the name of your trail. I am certainly going to reserve that for a future trail of mine. Props for the chaps overs shorts, very nice.
Super Gnarly, a cool name for the trail would be "Snake Tech" Cool Video
Just ordered some merch :). Appreciate your hard work!
"It's just a red belly snake" avreage day in Australia
(sorry if you're not in Australia)
Haha yeah I have been seeing a few of these snakes recently.
Snow is already falling here can’t wait for mtb season to come back 😭 loved the video man keep it up❤
when you posted the last vid, it popped up and i watched it. then i binged all your videos and you finally posted again!
thats gonna be a sick trail mate!
you know its gonna be a good lunch break when cutlaps uploads a new video
You should totally do a really fast run in to the rock garden
Keep the great vids coming👍

you should make a big berm through the trees then a log drop keep going luke this will be mint
Yeah a log drop would be cool
Sick drop! I really wish I had lots of land to build trails like you....
Production quality on these vids is pretty impressive
awesome job mate - hard work
wow mate always such a good day when you post my dream is to come riding with you one day you inspire me so much
Make an A frame over that fence. It would be dope!
Good work man you’ve worked so hard keep up the good work
Great videos, love what you do keep it up🎉🎉❤❤
Sick video man, your videos are interesting to watch and really cool!
I love the idea about a seasaw for the fence. You should also name it like rattle snake it links with the other trail and it’s also meaning tech
Always a great day when cutlass posts😊
Wow i love these videos! Im always so exited when i see you uploaded 😅
Whenever a new video comes out I know it's going to be a good day. I'm for naming it "Snake Teck" too
Love the video and the new trail ❤

Luke mate, that off camber section & rock drop look hectic! Thanks for the t-shirt too mate!

Great videos. We have fantastic trails in Nelson NZ, thankfully without venomous snakes!!
You should build a sketchy skinny with an option for dropping off the end or just a roll. You could name the trail something to do with a viper or an adder.
super nice video please make more vids we love them!

love how your riding has progressed! great job on the new trail btw. Keep the builds going and yourl replace berm peak 🤣
You could dig a tunnel underneath the barbed wire fence and call it the snake pit!
Insane man! 😲
see if you can fit a double after the rock drop that spits you out into the rock garden. Love the videos mate!
just food for thought you could drill a inch wide whole in the bridge onto the tree skinny so when water flows down it drains before getting to the dirt!
Yeah that's a great idea!
nice trail building
