From what I understand, the arresting cop has been rightly reprimanded for his actions. It certainly was also 'curious' that his body cam was switched off, as well.

It's still somewhat dark out, it's raining and there are lights flashing everywhere. I've come up to accidents and scenes like this, and it's very hard to determine what you're being directed to do, especially when there is more than one person giving directions. I can't think that any sane person would just barrel through on purpose. It sure would be nice if people would let actual information come out instead of jumping to every conclusion they can come up with.

It's a shame that the Louisville Police didn't handle this situation some what better than they did. I watched the full video and first the Police need to learn how to speak. This is another black eye on them and the City.

Golf is not a sport and golfers aren't athletes
Technically you're incorrect. By definition it is a sport, just not a contact or team sport. And he is technically an athlete (since he is proficient at golf). Golf takes an incredible amount of skill and mental strength. But i get the misconception. It's the least physically demanding sport of all time lol. Although you do need core and back strength for longevity playing every day.
