But I have friends in business who can absolutely afford any vehicle they want but they lease because they can write off 100% of the expense on their taxes. I don't have a business, I just have a sh!t load of stocks, but if I had a business I'd definitely lease. And some people lease because they want to buy a new car every couple years, so it's pointless to buy, then buy again every few years. In cases like that leasing makes perfect sense.
