Now that hordak is introduced I hope we get some mention or a cameo from she-ra and other characters from her world. Also I would love to see the slime pit!!!!

For me personally as I head into my fifties, is part of closing a cycle, it was just awesome, I have being a physician for decades now and Revolutions was just incredible, really praying not only for 3rd season but for a 4th season with everyone teaming up against King Hiss and closing an eternian history cycle which is also part of one of my life cycles, just amazing, in a scale of 1 to 10 I guess eternal
Absolutely loved it and I enjoyed Revelations.
SUPER HYPED, I CAN'T WAIT!!!
I hope this isn't the end of the series, but it if is, what a ride!
They better give it a true ending and not leave it unfinished. They should give us that much.

Well by the way it ended without saying to much it should continue i enjoyed this even tho their wasnt alot of heman the story was interesting i would have done a few things different but it was good and by far the best of this series to date
I am excited about the show. I did not like many of the creative and narrative choices made in Revelation. I was not happy about the lack of He-Man in the show. I didn't feel like it was a bait and switch or a woke take-over, just not the right story for starting out after not having He-Man for about 20 years. I think this one will be good though. Going in to looking to like it, not hate it!
I agree. I think if they had five episodes of regular He-man Vs Skeletor action before killing them off people would have accepted it all a lot more.
So hyped now! Ted as Gwildor makes so much sense! His impersonation is always spot-on
As soon as he said he loved revelation, I realized his opinion was worthless.
Dude, Aesthetics of 80's, visual and sound, is unachievable... The ambiguity of Gray Skull castle, architecture, costumes, machinery and the soundtrack are all pretty unique.
I doubt they will get even closer to the uniqueness of original show

How did you manage to get early access? I assumed you were a huge influencer with a huge following.
I was a journalist for nearly 10 years and a lifelong MOTU fan. I've worked hard to meet and talk with many of the franchise creators, past and present. Thanks to my journalism background, I was able to get lots of interview hours. My hard work paid off, and Netflix producers/MOTU creative leads offered me the privilege of an early screening. It was a dream come true for me 😊

Are the episodes for season two 30 minutes long rather than the 22 minutes each of season one? That would make the five episode season easier to swallow if the episodes are at least a bit longer.

Can't wait! I'll be staying up until midnight on Wednesday night/Thursday morning (Pacific time out west here) and will be watching the whole series at once. My guess on Gwildor was wrong... I was guessing Warwick Davis, who was in Willow with Billy Barty. But after hearing Ted's voice, I love that he is doing it. Oh, and for those negative clowns (I see what you did there. ;).... they can go fly a kite. This is a dream come true for us longtime fans, and they can't spoil my enjoyment of this moment.
Can't wait for your review, and please do a review with Maria too! I want to hear both of your takes on Adam and Teela.

I loved hearing your takes on the show, as well as your views on the Adam &Teela relationship (and your story about first seeing the Prince Adam toy as a child)! Looking forward to your review of Revolution, especially knowing that we'll finally see some Adam and Teela moments!
I never felt the Adam/Teela couple. They seem more like brother and sister. Its Luke/Leia cringy for me.

From some of the reviews I’ve read and seen, there is a religious thread running through this series with heaven and hell. I’m guessing there is a god like being or supreme creator somewhere in the mix. Maybe Shatner plays this role. If not I’m thinking Keldor

I think so at first i wasnt sure how it was ending but of course their end credits their better be a third season
They killed off Fisto and Clamp Champ for no reason. Fisto was Duncan's brother and it's like his character was just a meme joke, ending with his unceremonious death. And that's part of the reason I'm checked out. It's soulless, but with great animation.
It was revealed in earlier clips from the show, but part of Revolution deals with saving lost souls like Fisto and Clamp Champ. He-Man goes to Subternia to reclaim the souls of his friends... maybe there's more in store for them?
They weren’t brothers in this series which is based off of the Filmation series - thank goodness. The Fisto and Duncan being brothers and Fisto being Teela’s real father was one of the aspects of 200x I didn’t care for.
so those 2 being killed off turned you away from a great show? Come on man..We're adults. We can handle change,loss,etc in stories..
@sunnyshine2215 Funnily enough, the "Fisto as Teela's father" thing is just a disproven fan theory. Toonjukka knows more details than I do, but the wounded soldier that Teela Na falls in love with is actually Duncan and, had the series continued, it would have been revealed to fans as part of Teela learning the truth of her destiny... and Duncan finally having that memory restored. 😊
@@thebodybeatdownDiTi They killed off several characters for no reason whatsoever, such as Moss Man--just because they wanted a shock factor. Yeah, that played into it. And the story wasn't great. It was a total mess. It had gorgeous animation, though.
Who cares. One of thw worst shows ever made.

It was seriously sooo damn good. Watching it all again this weekend. Also, I agreed with MOST of the criticisms of Revelation, but Revolution is everything I wanted and more.
Revelations was a highly compelling story but Netflix alienated the fans with it with its risky plot line. They should have maybe done a Revolutions type story first, bringing in the fans (and keeping them) … and then do the riskier Revelations plot line. They’ve done it the wrong way and many viewers of Revelations will not return for Revolutions which is a shame.
