Thanks to your videos, I acquired Illusion Slash. I did a review on it. Many people liked this spinning! Keep going!

Hi, it seems a lot of models won't ship to Australia. Is this true?

Atleast for me, I have different warehouses depending on model.

I brought a handing M1 3000 reel on your recomendation but all ready paired a rod with it 😂. I am still yet to take the reel out on the water, but the rod i had with another reel and felt really nice. I prefer longer rods, too bad it looks like their 2.2m 7'3" rod is designed for the 5000 reel, and its on the shorter end of what i use.
I ended up chosing a NS black hole 8'3" egi rod. I know its a rod designed for squid jigging but it just felt good. Its on the firmer side for squid imo but its was really nice for whiting and small Australian snapper (pinkie).

I think most of chinese tend to be small cause of shipping, but you have awesome beach fishing you can go with longer rods!

@@RicardoReview beach fishing i would want longer again 🤣. 10ft would be minimum here for beach fishing. I just prefer 7'6" - 8ft from the boat. Its nothing to really to do with casting diatance as i only need to get 15m tops. I just like the length to get around the motor or reach over the edge better. I don't think i am that tall at 6' - 186cm its just how i prefer to fish. I have used a 10ft rod from the boat on our heavier setups. You can wind the fish from the front of the boat with some one to land at the back giving heaps of room so your not on top of each other like you would be with a under 6ft game rod. I also find the longer length gives you plenty of rod bend to keep pressure on the fish easier.
I have a 2.4m sunboen rod thats 5-15g cast it handles 25g easy though it has a fast action, way faster than what i am used to. I picked it up for $60 aud but i cant get then for any less than $100 aud on aliexpress.

I understand, I prefer short casting rod cause I will 90% of time run the tip low snd I need thst clearance, in spinning I can up to 7 or 7'3" after that is very specific tool like my 13' feeder rod.
