One other comment regarding the long term equity thesis. Way back, when my class-mates were crunching numbers for the book, "Stocks for the Long Run" by Jeremy Siegel. He made a similar case over 30 years ago as Alex is making today. The problem was that the average person does not invest for 100 years! Most Americans are lucky to invest for a 30 year time period. Combine that with an opportunistic entry and exit point and you will be ok, otherwise not. The problem is that you can not choose when to be born, have money to invest, and retire. There's a reason most pension plans are happy with a 7% hurdle rate. This year the S&P finished the year closer to 27%. Think about it.

Forex volatility is low because everybody has printed so much currency that you need to move huge amounts between them to cause the moves that used to happen before. In forex you will have lower and lower volatility until they just kinda stop moving.
Precious metals are cheap for key actors to manipulate. Letting the pm prices rise is the bellwether for a broadly sick market so they don’t let it rise. Market forces will win out in the end but they’ll try.

Most of these youtube talking heads made most of thier money from selling their "Ideas", If you know how to make money you don't go running to talk about it. you sit quite and do it.

Crypto UA-camrs need to stop looking for reasons that the market is struggling solely on what is happening in the Crypto market. The World financial system is on the edge People are nervous not just about the Crypto market, but all markets.
I have learned from BRYAN ANTHONY DECKER and other Youtubrs, who taught me how to make trade and increase my crypto from 2 to 17 btc that no one really knows what is going to happen and I know you are only saying what you think will happen based on the past. It is yours and my opinion so people should make their own investment choices based on their own research..

raising rates traditionally hurt banks, but it wont hurt crypto very much
In terms of size, crypto is like 0.5% of the bonds market, and defi barely makes up 10% of crypto. So absolutely nothing to worry about (for now).
