I shouldn't have said that you can own the land in your own company name 100% as its not legal the law states you can only own 49% the 51% has to be a malagasy business partner but you can limit there ability to make any changes. I will do a video on the subject with a lot more information

Can you find a small plot 300-400 m2 to build a bungalow for around 10-15 k euro ?

I would guess €10,000 would be more than enough to have in your account to start
