As an outsider I don't get the relative docility of people over this. Why is there no protest?
The officials are given a huge amount of power and can't possibly justify every action that they are taking.
the double standards are appalling. Serrekunda vendors get chased off the street in some cases arrested. Meanwhile over at Bakau the owners of Toppix and Ida's Ideas were treated absolutely lightly. They are merely inconvenienced whilst street vendors are losing their livelihoods.
Has the NRA/Operation Clear the Roads spoken publicly about what's going on?
