Gratulation! I love such projects, but came to the conclusion, that this is not possible in Germany. It is sais: You are not allowed to grow food in the woods, not allowed to make a fire in the woods (or near to the woods), you are not allowed to sleep in tents, cars or huts in the woods, even if you are the owner of the land and the forest. That is the conclusion of my research in many years. I even had a little tiny house and had to sell it again. Recently I wanted to by a little land, that was only a cow medow, but it is not clear, if I would be allowed to grow vegetables there, because of environmetal protection, they have to proove it ... so I wonder how you manage the administration. Please let me know!
any update? these problems you mention are applied to (i think?) whole europe. im from the netherlands and i get stuck at this issue....
