    Haha, thought it was m for meters. Wouldn't be a shame even if it was that though. Gotta do what you gotta do.
    I'm no expert, but walking is less stressing on the joints than running. If you get pain or injuries from running it could set you back weeks. Walking is just as good for fat loss - if that's the goal. It's all about calories in and out, but I guess you already know that.
    You burn a bit more calories from running, but on the other hand you can walk a lot further. So ind the end walking might be a better/safer choice.
    What you eat/drink is the most important though. Can't outrun or out-walk a bad diet.
