I'm too fat, now I'm toofat. April 13, 2023 I'm currently somewhere between 400 to 500 pounds, the scale glitches out so I'll update this with accurate info. Why'd I start this, because I went to a movie and struggled to get up the tiny stairs and then I didn't fit in the seat.

Careful with the flipflop and sweating. You may get an injury slipping. Get a little towel and carry in your car just to get your feet dry when that happen.

Good for you and prioritizing the fitness over the fashion lol Love that you're going with the swimming, too. Swimming is probably my favorite exercise, hands down. When you were talking about finding a lower impact exercise earlier this week, that was the first thing that came to mind even before you mentioned it. Huge fan, and you can keep doing it even when you're old! I don't know what your comfort/experience is in the water, but please share in the comments or a future video what your routine will be! I am really looking forward to hearing about that brother!
